Two happy dogs finishing up their spa day with a nice massage!

I have two Shih Tzu's. Both were cut very well! They were even able to leave my one dog that has VERY long eyelashes, intact! Cost is a bit high. Not nuts, but on the high end. I did purchase two bones after paying for the cut, and tipping the groomer. There wasn't a discount on the bones.... That I did have a bit of an issue with. Should have been a BOGO, or at minimum the second one should have been half price. Overall, though. Good place to bring your dogs!

Our Diva's very first grooming appointment ever and it was amazing! They called me 15 minutes before Paul Drake was done and I was thrilled. He looks wonderful, but my dog, Zoe, was a little shocked at the difference. Took my ~60lbs Boxer Mix pupper to them for the first time on 09-01-2021 to the Aurora location off of New York and Eola. Was looking for a groomer closer to where I lived and not the 30min drive to Petco. The staff were all nice and friendly and made it easy to drop him off. When picking him up they made nice and easy to pay and leave a tip. The groomer even came out one more time right before we left just to triple check everything is good and that no cotton balls were left in his ears. Quality review: Worth coming back and doing upgrade packages. Even with base package his fur is very soft and light. The nail trim and buff are worth it as we have a hard time doing that at home. However they're just a little too short for my personal liking and I think part of that is from the buffing since it's really smooth(see photo) read more

And amazing experience from making the appointment to picking up my fur baby . The staff is some of the kindest people I've ever met . The establishment is so clean and organized and everyone is just so friendly you can tell they love what they do . I cannot say enough nice things about Diego . My baby instantly felt comfortable around him and when he was finished she looked absolutely adorable . I will never take my Jordyn anywhere else . Our poor dog received a patchy, inconsistent grooming experience which left her with some areas shaved to the skin, poorly groomed paws, and a cut which appears to have been bleeding (I have picture evidence but will spare you - it ain't pretty). After leaving a voicemail message for management, we received a call asking for pictures. We then received a text message saying we could bring her back but we decided to find another provider rather than subject her to further pain. read more

This is my second time making an appointment with them for my poodle mix. This time around he had very bad matting so there was no other option other than to cut him short and they did warn me in advance. I called last minute and they were able to place me on a waiting list in the event that they had a cancellation for Saturday. I got lucky and they called me right back. The customer service is great, you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I have already scheduled an appointment for his next bath to avoid him being trimmed short again! read more

Amazing staff that is/was very accommodating to a us. We just moved to the area and needed to find a grooming salon in the area. We happened to stumble on this lil gem, and boy are we glad we did. I took my two dogs (a chihuahua and a husky/Australian cattle dog) in for a walk-in trim appointment. The space is small, but cute and clean. I was in and out within 8 minutes. They also have two wash stations you can use for $12 which included the shampoo, hair dryer, and ear cleaning. Will be coming back to give that a try and the occasional bath from their groomer. Meet the Business Owner: Sarah R.

Sarah has loved animals her whole life. She was trained and certified at the Great Lakes Academy of Pet Styling in 2001 and has been grooming ever since. Prior to grooming, she worked as a Veterinary Technician and was trained in CPR and other various medical procedures. Sarah really enjoys grooming poodles. She grooms them competitively at local grooming competitions, including creative styling competitions; a grooming and styling competition utilizing creative sculpting, color application, character creation and design. She has won several awards for her grooming including "Best In Show". She has even been featured on Fox News with one of her creative styling designs. Sarah and Jason currently have a standard poodle named Sake, a miniature poodle named Trinity (aka Trinny), a golden retriever named Jaco, and a cat named Joy. Sarah can be found working at the Aurora salon and is the company's COO, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our grooming staff.

So my guess is that they leave the dogs for a couples hours and take them when they are ready. It took me two months to get the appointment. It was my third appointment. I tip well it. Costs me close to 200 with both dogs including tip . Not to mention they don't like being Dropped off there. Jill the manager kicked me and my dogs out because we were late. When I complained Jill offered to call every dog groomer in town to complain about me so I would not be able to get into another dog groomer. What? I admit I was extremely upset because my dogs look terrible and need grooming at least every two months. It was very upsetting to me that I might have to wait another month for a dog groomer they cannot go without grooming. I showed late due to a misunderstanding. I live half the time in Chicago and I can say I have never been treated in this way. Typically 9 am would be a general drop off and they line up the dogs for the groomers. Which I understand. Jill did not even offer me another day . Snd said it's like a vet office you must show up on time. Yes agree with being on time for a vet because they don't line them up to be washed. I called the establishment back and asked to talk with the owner. Jill answered and said she was the owner. I cannot believe that she is the owner. She doubled down on her rudeness. She called insulting names. I cannot believe an owner of an establishment would act the way she did. Took the day off from work and got my dogs into Pawsatively. What a great group! My dogs look perfect that's to Pawatively at 1550'N Wells. If groomers aren't nice to the owners I can't what goes on with innocent dogs when the owners aren't around. I've now been patronising Wigglebutts for a few years in order to save my dog's neck (we suspected…read morethat he has a collapsed trachea--now confirmed by xray) but decided after the latest xray that it was not a good idea to even have him groomed, as I don't know if it will contribute to his very small airway being cut off. Instead of expressing even the least bit of comfort, or maybe ideas of how he can be groomed without touching his neck area, the owner (who has been grooming him every 6-8 weeks for the last couple years and her company groomed him during covid for two years), texted back nothing when I explained he's not doing well, and X-rays have confirmed that his breathing passage is the size of a straw, so now he's going on lifetime meds to try to keep the passageway from collapsing completely. All she did was text back, a day later, "confirmed, cancelled" WOW. I mean, I've been tipping her and paying her $130 for grooming Sammy a total of 4-5 years, tipping her $20-30 each time, and that's the response. I guess every dog and owner is no one to her. Tells me something about the caring inside her soul. I suppose she probably does not want the liability to trim him, but at least some words of comfort would have been business like and appropriate.

The main part as to why they don't get 5 stars is because they do not answer the phone. You can call and call but they refer you to a voicemail even if you select that your animal is currently in their care or has recently been there for service. It's very inconvenient to not be able to contact them, and in my opinion unsafe if my animal were to be in their care at the time. I went up to the clinic without an appointment and let them know the issue, and they fixed it right away. I waited no more like 5-10 minutes for my kitty to be brought to the back to have her incision stapled, with new medication, a cone, and instructions to bring her back in the following week with no ifs ands or buts. I was appreciative that they fixed the problem so seemlessly, but wish I could've had the comfort of knowing before I got there that it wouldn't have been a problem! All in all I've brought every single one of my pets here for a neuter/spay and will continue doing so

We have been taking our 2 dogs here for nail trimming for quite a while. They were always good with them, until the girl who cut our puppies nails was too rough with her and our dog was quite traumatized. We decided to go back and give them another try and explain what had happened. I wish I got the 2 girls names who gave Dakota her nail trim today. They were so kind and gentle. So happy that I found these wonderful people! I used their mobil grooming service many years ago for my temperamental German Shepherd mix. This is the first time that I went to their Aurora location. Alyssa did an amazing job with my rough collie who was badly matted. My girl is old and she was patient and let her rest. I definitely found my new groomer. Price was good also.
