We went right when they opened at 9:30am during weekday and the person helping us was very nice. It was our first time there. We only used the toddler section and there wasn't much toys for him to play with. I guess I anticipated more. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the floor was dirty. We were the first ones there and there was pieces of hair and dirt in the toddler section. I didn't go to the older section area. I anticipate that they clean the floor even with only socks on but it doesn't seem like they do. I might try somewhere else next time. Come on, at this stage they put everything in their mouth. Long overdue on writing this review. This is based off booking a private event at Little Friends Play. Overall Experience was an A+! Great communication from Wylie the owner leading up to the party especially with getting the decor done. The value is definitely there to add toe balloon and theme decoration and cut out set up. Any cutouts and colors were presented via photos prior to the party so very clear on what you'll be expecting day of. A few weeks prior to our party , the staff was friendly and thorough in showing us around and where we can set up and how many tables and chairs would be provided. Owner also is super flexible in letting you bring outside food and your own decoration. Play space was great . Definitely more catered to ages 1-6. Layout is great because parents can stand on one end of the building and see your kiddo on the opposite end. Really love the place. It has space for all age groups to enjoy, including the parents. Arranging from the baby friendly area where the honeycombs are located, my older one and toddler love to crawl inside it. Then next come to the pretend area, where you can be a Starbucks worker or a doctor. Two jungle gym and one bounce castle located in the middle of the store. My personal favorite spot is the ball pit with the interacting projector screen on the wall. While my little ones love sliding down into the ball pit, all I did was sitting on the edge of the ball pit and hit the monster on the game wall with the balls. Next to the ball pit are the party rooms and tables allowing outside food. The store is located next to the Korean grocery store, which makes finding simple yummy kid friendly food extremely easy. The first time we visited, we went in the mid afternoon and stayed until pretty much closing time. Definitely worth the money and we enjoyed it so much. There is a changing table in the woman's bathroom and 3 stalls, the man's bathroom is much simpler. The staff clear the area fairly frequently. Since outside food are allowed, so the trash can filled up fairly quickly, but they are always aware of it, and replace them when they are overfilled. Just a FYI, there are only two Ikea high chairs available, so if your little one needs one, grab them first if you can. We will come back more often for sure. read more

An elderly couple brought their grandchild into the *women's* restroom--and the man walked right in too. There was no sign saying it was gender-neutral, and as a mother, that made me very uncomfortable. Minutes later, the woman came out holding a plastic bag with what looked like soiled underwear. Shortly after, my daughter ended up with soaked pants and socks after playing in the 3 & under area. No one around had drinks, so it's safe to assume that's where the child had his accident. I reported it to staff, and their response was shocking--just wiped the area with a rag. No disinfectant. No apology. No urgency. I was told a manager would be contacted, but no one followed up. If your child isn't potty trained, they should be in a diaper. And if there's an accident, it should be cleaned immediately--not ignored. He responded quickly and answered all my questions through multiple messages. I went to observe the place 2 months before in October and the female staff was nice to show me around and answered more detailed questions for the party. Day before the party I got a text to confirm we were still on and the time. I appreciated this because I was planning to call on Monday to confirm but got busy as a working mom. Come to today, we got there early. The owner also got there on time and was nice help is set up. He gave us both rooms since there wasn't another party. Today's female staff was also very nice and helpful. We didn't pay for a private party so other people from the public came to play as well, which we didn't mind. It was neat and clean. There were even bathroom slippers since no shoes are allowed in the play area. The place was appropriate for our party of kids ranging from 2-8 years old. There was something for everyone. They have a toddler area, pretend play area, jungle gym climbing area, slides area, virtual games, nuggets for building, cars and horses to ride, and the most popular was the ball pit with the virtual game on the wall. Even grandpa had a massage chair to sit in. I think everyone enjoyed it because they got to eat and play for the two hours they were there. No one wanted to leave. We absolutely love this play place for our 11 month old son! We will be taking him back very often for sure! The Space: There are so many great play areas and toys for his age. I think kids from 1 years old up to age 7 can definitely enjoy the different play areas. We've tried other play areas but we think this is great for his age right now. He LOVED the ball pit and the little rollercoaster. (My husband and I LOVED the ball pit and had fun with the virtual interactive game on the wall. We tried beating the high score while my son played). My son also loved the little area with the pretend play toys like Target and Starbucks and the little houses. What I really love is that there are gates to different sections like the play area for the smaller children which help us keep a better eye on him when he walks on his own. I love that there is a cheaper price for children under 1 years old instead of paying full price like at other places. Also I love that the day pass lets you come in and out. We came in the morning and came back at night before they closed the same day. They also have monthly membership prices which is such a deal that I am definitely thinking of getting! Overall we will be coming back for sure! Most likely weekly or every other week lol. It's a great place in the community to take our son to get him tired during the day and to let him enjoy himself. We drove 30 mins here today (on 1/27/2024) for open play in the morning at 10:30am. We checked their website, Google, and Yelp. None of it indicated they have private event and not open for open play. It still says they are open right now at 11am. We took our toddler there and were told they were closed for a private event and that they're not open for open play. Toddler had a melt down in parking lot because of the misinformation. If the business says they'll update their open play hours on Yelp and google and social platforms, then they should do so.
