I left our pervious home spotless and then had to spend a great deal of time cleaning this before we could move in. Already not feeling very good about this.

I informed Renters Warehouse but they said they could do nothing about it because "The law was on the side of the renters not the landlords". Then they let the basement flood costing several thousand dollars to repair - all out of my pocket. I refused to give back the deposit as it was clear that the flooding was their fault. Renters Warehouse then gave my telephone number to the tenant to harass me personally. In the end, I was still owed $1000.00 in repairs but never received a cent. Renters Warehouse in supposed to vet tenants and act as a go-between in disputes - NOT GIVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER. Never again for these people - you end up solving all the problems yourself anyway - why pay them to manage as they clearly didn't live up to their end of the bargain in my case.

He assured us that they still planning on cleaning, but when we arrived they hadn't cleaned AT ALL. It was disgusting, and my wife wept for days about having to move into a trashed home with a property manager who couldn't care less and refused to prorate our first month's rent due to his failure to provide us the unit in the agreed upon condition at the agreed upon time. I would guess he is not licensed and no insurance. Be careful considering services with this person.

Once everything was completed, he had a professional photographer take photos and wrote an awesome listing. My place was rented within 48 hours of listing. I just received my first payment in an organized, detailed and itemized email. I'm very pleased as an owner and hope the renters or guests are just as satisfied. I definitely recommend Infinity and I am highly considering working with them on future projects.

They just told me that we can fill out a new application and pay another fee, but they refused to do anything to help the situation. I have been leasing a home for the past 2 years, have a credit card, etc etc, so how can my credit score be identical on 2 different credit reports, but yet I dont exist at all with the other one? I see now why there are so many complaints about this company online. If you are trying to rent out your home, or rent out a home, choose a different company.

We…read moreeither get no hot water or the water is hot enough to scald within seconds, I have been bathing out of a bucket so I can control the water temperature because showering has caused me injury too many times. Tub was riddled with holes and repairs were never finished on it. The repairman never shows up on time, if at all, but will get upset with you if you inquire as to when he'll be arriving. Mold. Sagging ceilings. It seems like each week we find a new problem that's never addressed. It wasn't cleaned, carpet shampood, or repainted before we moved in. We spent an entire day just scrubbing and it's still disgusting. Outdated appliances with quirks like the oven door not closing. The complete inability to control the temperature of your unit. I've experienced 80-90 degrees indoors in the winter, with my thermostat as low as it will go, but if you dare open a window you're fined. They manage absolutely nothing and will defer to "the owner", who I have never met nor spoken with, to approve of repairs. Of course these approvals never happen. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
