There is handicap parking, and the building is handicap accessible. Having never been there before, we were thankful for the signage directing us to the doors. They do have a couple of picnic tables outside. If you choose to sit out there to eat in the sunshine, that is an option. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, which is always nice when trying a new place. The restaurant is a little rustic. However, it was very clean and decorated to go with the marina setting in mind. The menu had plenty of options. However, some options on the menu are not always available. They also have several specials written on a board on the wall. I asked if they serve breakfast all day and was told they do have some who come in any time of day just for breakfast. I am however unclear as to what days and hours they are open. There were 2 of us in our party and both happened to order a chicken sandwich and fries. One was a grilled chicken sandwich and the other was the fried chicken sandwich. They were both very good with a unique and flavorful sauce on them. There was a sweet fry bread on the specials board so we ordered it to go and it was fantastic. We decided if we are ever in the area again, we would return just for that.

I added hashbrowns with cheese and onions which I didn't need. Very generous breakfast. Actually…read morecalled Muddy Waters Cafe. Give these folks a shot, it was really good!

In other words, it may not be a great place for a date. If you are looking for a good meal though, don't let it's appearance turn you off. I had the Cuatlatl skillet. The sausage was decently spicy. The rest of the dish was not spicy. The result of that mix was that the spiciness accented the other flavors of the dish without overpowering them. It was a solid breakfast skillet. My wife had a an omelette (I don't remember if it was the Greek or Garden). She liked it and made the specific comment that the spinach seemed like it was cooked inside the omelette rather than just being laid on top of it. She liked this about it. My kid had plain pancakes. There was nothing special about these, but they were done well. Prices were decent. Our waitress was good. The restaurant was busy, but she stayed on top of things. Overall, this is a hidden gem. The food is pretty good, even if the place doesn't look the part. I would eat here again.

Certainly not for the food. First thing we found quite different was no dinner rolls or even wafer crackers to eat with your salads. I don't ever remember a diner over all the years that didn't serve one or the other....or both. Nope, you just get a salad and dressing, that's it. No shredded cheese for the top of your salad nor was it offered. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan. To her it tasted like store bought tomato sauce from a can. No taste to the rest of it at all. For bread, two pieces of toast. She ate not quite half of the meal. It wasn't as good to her as from other diners over the years, not at all. I had the Broiled Steak Sirloin with cooked onions. No flavor, no taste, I couldn't taste any seasoning. I was quite disappointed. Normally these are made with a good quality fresh hamburger or even mixed with some ground sirloin and with some seasoning. I would say this wasn't made from fresh, not in my opinion. I only ate about half because I was hungry. Sorry to say but the food was sub-par compared to many other diners we've eaten at over the years yet they charge right up there with the prices for it today. We haven't been to a diner in years where if we have half of it left, it goes home for diner the next day. Not this time, we left it all behind. We'll give them one more try and that will be for breakfast. We won't be trying it for again for lunch. Sorry, but this all really missed the mark for us.

I would recommend making reservations as it was consistently busy. We opted for seats at the bar to avoid an hour wait. This place is tiny, so it would not be ideal for large groups. It would be difficult to accommodate someone who could not navigate stairs (there are both stairs to enter as well as a staircase for most of the dining space). Servers were friendly and helpful, the right amount of attentive. The food came out quickly. They offer light lunch, brunch, breakfast fare, with specials, and baked goods from Lola. A popular special is a homemade pop tart, which has rotating flavors (today was blueberry with lemon frosting). We opted for French Toast, pork belly, and the country skillet. Everything was delicious and portions were generous. All around a great find.
