Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The experience was not just fast and friendly but sympathetic and thoroughly professional. When I had an issue with this vehicle the next day, caused by myself and not Enterprise, they went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful even though I had caused the problem. I apologize for not having the name of the woman in charge who was superb, helpful and highly competent. I do want to give a special shout out to Anika Desai who I dealt with mostly and who deserves a medal. I hope all Enterprise's locations are up to this standard.

I booked the "Mystery Car" special and was a bit apprehensive that I would get something weird, like a Hummer, or something with so many bells and whistles that I would have no idea how to operate it (I've got a basic 2010 Forester back home). The man at the service counter was very kind and very helpful. He explained all the paperwork to me. Then he came out and went over the operation of the vehicle with me - including showing me how to connect my phone to turn it into a GPS. I got a Toyota Camry that rides like a dream, got lots of pep to merge me onto the highway and is whisper quiet. I'm thrilled. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have two major problems with renting from this location. First, they are the only car rental…read morelocation in North America that I receive an entire handful of keys, fobs and other plastic objects when renting. The "keys" are much too big to be put in a pants pocket, too big to be carried in many jacket pockets, but do bulge out when stuffed into a coat pocket or backpack. When asked why the rental gets up to three sets of keys, I have received at least three different versions of their policy on keys. Simply ridiculous. Secondly, I now cannot return the car after hours. I usually rent on weekends, and the location has cut back hours to only Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon, severely limiting when I can return the car. Not happy, and even though I am long time customer and club member, not sure I will ever go back.
