The worst part was the strong cigarette smell inside the vehicle. As soon as the A/C was turned on, the smell became even more noticeable. The entire center console and surrounding area had a sticky, dirty feeling that was honestly disgusting. I had my kids with me, and I was very uncomfortable having my family in a vehicle that smelled so strongly of cigarettes. I went inside and explained the situation, including that the car had very little gas and a strong cigarette odor. Instead of offering another solution, I was basically told to go put gas in it myself and that there were no other vehicles available. It felt like a "take it or leave it" attitude, with no concern for the customer experience. There was more: every time I used the turn signal, the blind-spot warning system displayed a message saying it was deactivated or needed service. That was another safety concern. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the long wait, extremely low fuel, strong cigarette odor, dirty/sticky interior, and a safety system showing a service warning, I expected much better from Enterprise. UPDATE: After a couple of calls and texts, they changed the car for us and gave us a much bigger vehicle, so my whole family could fit comfortably. The new car was super clean, and the service was fast and much better. It was honestly a completely different experience. I really appreciate them taking care of the situation and making things right.

Each customer has a bunch of issues (no credit card/ pre paid card with not enough available credit too rent) I could go on and on. Then the biggest issue the employees don't speak English....seriously.. Also they close at 2pm on Sundays and holidays. Last thing. The van I rented had a warning light that said change oil !!!!

I went to rent a car with an AutoNation Ford Voucher for 10- days which is the time that dealer acknowledge it will take to fix my car. I asked the front African American representative how it worked for adding insurance and I told him only applied that option for the 10- Days of the AutoNation voucher and since the dealer took like 4 months to get all parts and fix my F-150 truck when the dealer called to extend the rental, they also extended the insurance without contacting me or advising me of anything. I had to go to the store personally to cancel the additional insurance. I only did it as an extra protection because I have insurance on my Ford F-150 truck. They ended up charging me $809.00 which they still haven't reimbursed and AutoNation Ford over $4000. The store manager Chris told me he was going to call me more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from him!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST MANAGER & EMPLOYEES THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND HERTZ RENTAL CAR CORPORATION DOES NOTHING!!!!!

The vehicle smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, even though the sticker on the windshield clearly stated No Smoking. Running late for work, I drove off later to discover a macdonald's bag with food scraps. Obviously the staff there did not think twice to give the vehicle a look ever to ensure cleanliness nor consider driver comfort as they assigned me the Ford Edge. Besides interior filth, the exterior was beyond dirty. Staff blamed local roadwork but did nothing to clean windshields. Days later I retuned the vehicle much cleaner than when I drove off with it. 2 months later, Hertz alerted me that I retuned it with a broken windshield. 2 months after that and a chance to dispute using some lame online form I get billed over $700. Stay away from Hertz, dollar Car Rental and Thrifty Car Rental!!! I will be disputing the $761 bill immediately. Stay away from those 3 agencies.
