I only found this out after providing my location to the staff member who was assigned to drop me off, as we were both walking to the vehicle. This policy should be communicated upfront to customers who request transportation so expectations are clear from the beginning. While waiting for my ride, I also overheard other customers requesting the courtesy ride service, and this question regarding their destination or the 5-mile radius limitation was not being asked. Consistent communication of this policy would help prevent confusion and improve the customer experience. Additionally, the vehicle was provided with only 100 miles of range at the start of my trip. For customers planning longer trips, it would be much more convenient if vehicles were fully charged or fueled before pickup. This would help avoid delays and make the rental experience smoother. Overall, the vehicle was excellent, but clearer communication regarding transportation policies and better vehicle preparation would greatly improve the rental experience.

I was fully aware of the under-25 rental policy and was told upfront that I'd need to pay an additional fee--which I had no issue with. I accepted the terms, and the booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was met by a very young front-desk staff member--he looked no older than 15 or 16 years old--and the entire process quickly fell apart. Without even checking my reservation details or confirming anything on file, he immediately told me, "You're too young to rent a car," and turned me away. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of consistency and professionalism. If your system allows a confirmed booking for someone under 25 (with the agreement to pay additional fees), how does it make sense to reject that same customer on-site without so much as verifying the appointment? To add to that, there was no manager or adult staff present to clarify the situation or assist further. It was unprofessional, poorly handled, and frankly disorganized. Honestly, I should've listened to the reviews saying this place is awful. I just needed a car for a couple of days to commute to LA, and figured this place would be convenient. Turns out, it wasn't worth the hassle at all. I ended up renting from Lancaster instead--it was much cheaper, way more straightforward, and I actually got a good deal. Lesson learned.

I returned the car I got from LAX today to this location. I walked in, nobody was there! This location also doesn't have a traditional desk. It's in the layout of an old car dealership with several desks, however each desk is piled full of things. When someone finally came in, I explained to him that I'm just there to return the vehicle. He goes "oh okay, give me one second" and he goes out and starts detailing a car. It was so strange. I already ordered my Lyft and he was arriving. I went out and handed him the keys and had him close it out for me. I'm not waiting on a very basic drop off for you to go detail a car?! Odd.

She just starred at me, then proceeded to answer the question the person i was with had. She wasn't helpful at all, nasty attitude, & unprofessional looking. Wig was not melted, flaky white stuff on her forehead & hairline. Even with the interaction being so short she did a horrible job and it did not feel welcoming at all. Would not recommend based off of you will have to deal with bad attitude people and most likely won't get a car because they will make up some lame excuse about a ID.
