Don't get me wrong, the people at the chain are very nice, too. They just don't have the flexibility to meet my needs like Thrifty does.

Are these stores competing against each other? That sounds downright stupid. Just because they txt you it's ready doesn't mean it is. Often they wait for you to get to the store before they fill the actual medication even though they text that it's ready.
