From the very first visit, this place impressed us. When we came in to book, I asked a ton of questions, and despite it being a Saturday during peak hours, the staff took the time to answer everything in detail and walk us through all of the room options. We never felt rushed, even though they were clearly busy. The birthday party itself went incredibly smoothly. Our party host, Christopher, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. While every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful, Christopher truly stood out and made the experience exceptional. The staff was always nearby to help with decorations, setup, and packing up, and they constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the entire day feel stress free. Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time, especially with the laser tag and the Ballocity area. Nephews were visiting, so I took them here to kill some time before our movie showtime at the nearby AMC Orange (in the same shopping mall). Thrill It is a fun little spot for kiddos - depending on how busy it is though - can be a hit or miss. Luckily, the place wasn't as packed when we stopped by. Prices are decent - you can pay per activity, or buy the Thrill Pass for $29 - which includes one of each of the activities they have, as well as either Arcade bucks, or Claw Zone tokens - I opted for the latter, since it gives me something to do while the nephews play. The claw machines are such a scam, lol. I get that they have to make money - and can't just give stuff away, but the claws barely have any grip! The prizes are pretty awesome, though - I wanted both a stuffed Yoshi and stuffed Pikachu... We had our son's 9th birthday party here and it was also our first time. I was impressed with how clean the space was and appreciated that it wasn't super crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Our host, Diana, was able to get me an earlier set up time before my guests arrived since the rooms were not booked. This was super helpful because I was able to socialize with my guests instead of setting up. However, they were not as flexible with us being able to go into the room 10 mins early even though it was already set up and no one else was going in there. We literally had to wait until exactly 2:00 to go in. It would've been better to be able to let is in a little earlier and just end a little earlier (still at the one hour mark) so my guests are not waiting around because we did not have enough time to start a new activity, but we're done with the last. As for the activities, The kids thoroughly enjoyed the laser tag so much that I booked another round. The equipment was very updated and the scoreboard was easy to read. You are also able to play different scenarios like free for all or team games. The girl who directed our first game was VERY quiet and gave absolutely no direction. The kids went in a little confused and the system had a glitch so they had to all come out and reset. The second game was much smoother with the gentleman who pumped up the kids before they went in. The boys said the second round was much more fun. High ropes had a limited capacity of eight people at a time. We had all the boys go first and the girls go next. I wish there was a little bit more of a demonstration to the kids of how the safety harness worked because they were all terrified when they got to the top not knowing that the harness would hold them in a seated position. The boys (including my son) did not make it across the entire obstacle, but the girls did since they watched the boys struggle and figured out how the harness worked. We had a few little kids going to ballocity and one on do the rock climbing. Overall, everyone had an enjoyable time, but being that it was all our first time, I wish there was more direction from the workers to the kids as to what to expect (both in laser tag and high ropes). Even a little bit of enthusiasm would've been great! Everyone was extremely quiet and sort of stood around. read more

This place is awesome! Was babysitting my 5 and 6 year old niece and nephew and came here on a Saturday around 5pm. Not busy at all. It's basically a giant play place structure "Ballocity" surrounded by about 20 arcade games ($1 each). There is also a laser tag room, a rock climbing wall and a "high ropes challenge" ceiling obstacle course thing that looks super cool but that neither kids were tall enough to use yet (48" height requirement). The pricing is a la cart, I got them each access to the play structure for $16 (which in and of itself is enough - definitely hours of entertainment in there), and each a $15 arcade card (15 games each). We played the arcade games for about an hour then they went in the play place for an hour and a half. We would have stayed longer if it hadn't been getting late! The arcade games and play place structure is all in good condition and you can bring your own water/food. The play structure recommends parent supervision and a child can't be taken out without a parent, parents can go in for free or sit in one of the many tables surrounding the play structure. The staff was very helpful and patient explaining the different attractions available and their prices. We will definitely be coming back when the kids are tall enough to use the high ropes challenge. I'm super happy I found this place! read more

The cable climb that sprawls out a above the top allows you to traverse different ways of crossing "bridges". This will get your heart pumping.
