My 4 year old had the best time here. He is addicted to claw machines so coming to Dragon Claw was everything he could have wished for. We bought the back to school deal. It was such a great deal that we were able to still come home with a big stuffy and have more coins to come back with next time. We will definitely be returningz

This family owned business is conveniently located in a parking lot with plenty of free and easy parking. - Claw machines range between 1-3 tokens per play - Plushies from the machines equal points for trade up corresponding to the amount of token cost - You can ask staff to help reposition the plushies to help with easier wins - You can keep the plushies or trade it in for a bigger prize. You can also exchange plushies for poker chips which you can save up over multiple visits During their soft opening, they are running specials to get $10 worth of tokens for $30 spent. We stumbled upon this spot completely by chance and were so excited to find out it was having its soft opening! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit even better. Honestly, we had one of the absolute best experiences we've ever had at an arcade. The setup is amazing with a huge variety of claw machines, and the prizes are super cute. Unlike other arcade places where the machines feel impossible to beat, these were actually fair and incredibly fun to play. Never have we ever walked away winning so many awesome items! We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend checking them out!

Stumbled upon this new claw machine arcade that's in their soft opening phase, and we are so happy it's right on Bolsa! It's right inside the Viland/Wells Fargo plaza, right behind THH. There's plenty of parking on that side and we've come here a few times after lunch or dinner. Their trade up system is soooo good and fair! Usually my kids and I suck lol, we usually only win about 4-5 prizes for every $100 that we spend. LOL but here, we actually won 26!!! So my kid traded up for a SKULLPANDA blind box! And another XXL plushie. They were in heaven and been asking to come back. We notice they have tons of Pokémon, Sanrio, popmart blind boxes, and now even Needohs and squishes. IYKYK There's also a mini fridge and we got a free drink for spending $100, lattes and kawaii sodas/Ramune. Will definitely be back

This is our third time coming here, and my son absolutely loves it! Kqte & joseph is so kind and welcoming. Every time we visit, we have a wonderful experience. They have free water for us. We always leave happy and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Finally, a conveniently located claw machine shop. Super reasonable prices and the plushies are actually adorable. Staff was super kind in repositioning the larger plushies for easier grab. Tons of claw machines with 1-3 coins needed to play. It's quite easy to win, was able to get tons of plushies for ~$60 worth of coins. And at the end, you can exchange your plushies for the XXL plushies. Don't know of any other shops that does this. Definitely a place where I'd even go by myself to play. Welcoming, safe feeling environment. Theres also an ATM + coffee fridge. -Location: in Viland plaza, lots of parking surprisingly on a Sunday -Cards accepted but with $1 surcharge -They offer baskets to carry your plushies during in-store play but bring your own bag to carry plushies home -party rentals + in-store party packages offered

This is a nice place to play. So much fun. And Ms.Hạnh help us to win a lot of stuff after struggling with some machines.

Me and my boyfriend had a blast! At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to win anything but ended up winning a ton of stuffed animals. I ended up trading some for a gengar. The staff was soooo nice and friendly. They helped me and my boyfriend win my favorite pokemon. How it works is you buy coins to play the machines some machines are 1 token, 2 or 3. You can exchange a toy you win for another that's in the machine you won it from. The staff is so friendly and will help you and give tips on how to win or rearrange the stuffed animals to make it easier. We had a blast here! Great place for any ages. They have a cute selection of stuffed animals and other things to trade up for if you want to save them. read more

Went today, they were offering 140 tokens for $100 and a free drink but I see on Yelp they're offering 150 tokens for $100 (shrug). Their ac is broken and had fans up today but it was just barely bearable in this Cali heat. My only issue is my son wanted a dumpling bao squishy, I was surprised the only thing keeping it closed was just the paper band that comes off easy and then the steamer was crack able without anything holding it together. When I look online for people doing blind box opening of the same item, it looks like the one we got was already pre opened and not sealed. Disappointing. My son only played with the dumplings for a few minutes on the drive home and when we got home I was surprised it was completely deflated. I found a small leak at the bottom that was oozing out the red glitter liquid from inside when squeezed - went into the trash. That was just sad and a waste of money (20 token trade in!). I talked to a friend that went earlier this week she said her daughter's dumpling also didn't survive the ride home, but the Needohs at least did. Not sure if I will be back based on the quality of the prizes, makes me feel a bit cheated when the squishy didn't even last an hour and was barely even touched. Also the machines shake a LOT, even just moving the cranes around, so much that one of their Pokémon plushies came down and hit me (that was above one of their machines). The staff is very nice but not sure if that will outweigh the final outcome of the visit. read more

We visited this place during their first week of opening, and my kids had so much fun because the claw machines were actually winnable. We came back again this weekend, and it's clear they've reprogrammed the machines to make them much harder. The claws now pick up the stuffed animals just enough to get your hopes up, then drop them before reaching the prize chute. It feels misleading and takes away all the fun. We spent money and barely won anything this time. Unfortunately, it's no longer worth the money for us, and we won't be coming back. read more

My son loves claw machines so we were actually headed to da vien when we saw this place across the street so we stopped by. They are currently in their soft opening phase so its still very new. Quite a few different machines, some were easy to win, some weren't. You can also trade in smaller prizes for bigger ones at the end. They've got a good soft opening deal right now too. read more

This place is a little hidden gem that just recently opened up. Right behind THH banh mi, they have plenty of machines and they even have a small fridge with some drinks for sell. The prizes are pretty cute and you can also trade in your prizes for bigger items! Staff is super helpful and friendly. We love visiting new claw machine arcades for our kids. We usually leave with a few plushies but the claws were much harder here. We spent $32 ($1 paying with card, $1 because we needed to buy 1 token since we had 1 token left). We left with only 2 plushies. Most machines took 3 coins per play. read more

She mentioned that this is probably the largest Kawaii Klaws location out of all the another areas. There are easily 30+ different claw machines in this location. There was enough variety in plushies among the machines, but I wish they had more as there were a lot of commonalities among Sanrio and a lot of bunny inspired plushies. We left with 4 plushies on this visit, the staff working their was friendly and she said she loved my bf's and my energy which I thought was so lovely of her to mention...I asked her name but forgot but she was really sweet. If you're looking for a place to kill time and want to try and score some cute plushies this is the place!

This causes severe, constant oral dryness and extreme thirst, requiring me to have immediate, continuous access to water.When I tried to enter with my water bottle, I was stopped. I explicitly explained my medical condition and the physical necessity of having hydration on hand. Despite this clear medical explanation, the manager/employee, Jose, refused to allow me to enter. Instead, he gave me an unacceptable ultimatum: I could either repeatedly walk back and forth to my car in the parking lot to drink water, or I could purchase water directly from the venue.Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public businesses are strictly required to make reasonable modifications to their policies to accommodate individuals with medical conditions and disabilities. Forcing a customer to pay for water or exit the building repeatedly just to access a medical necessity is a clear violation of public accommodation laws.Manager/employee, Jose and the rest of the front-line staff desperately need proper training on ADA compliance and basic customer empathy. I expect the ownership to take immediate corrective action so that no other patron with a medical condition is subjected to this unlawful treatment.

You walk in and it's not just one machine by the door, it's a whole setup where you actually walk around checking out different machines for different prizes till you find one you actually want. Bigger prizes up on the wall behind the counter too. We're halfway through looking around and this girl behind the counter gives us a genuine smile and hello, you could just tell she knows what she's doing, how to talk to people, make you feel welcome. Not fake, not pushy, just real. That alone had us wanting to play. My wife and I SUCK at claw machines, like genuinely bad. But somehow we won 2 out of 2 attempts. I had quite a few problems while I was there, and honestly I was stressed at first, but they handled everything so kindly and professionally. They didn't just fix the issues quickly -- they even gave me an extra prize, which was such a thoughtful surprise and really made my day! One of my favorite parts was being able to exchange the stuffed animals for a prize. I was missing a few and thought I wouldn't be able to complete it, but the staff were incredibly sweet about it and helped fill in the missing ones for me.
