The workers are using the equipment and working out while they just tell you what exercise to do with no supervision. After every exercise you are to walk over and ask for the following routine. I had to to this throughout my whole session for every visit. This lead me to constantly walk over to the assistant at least 7 times per session. Oh and the best part. The assistant's are students that have no knowledge so they can't even give you proper guidance. By the way the fact that the students are so young they're often having side conversations amongst themselves and having personal conversations. This facility runs their business in a very unprofessional manner. Do not join this clinic by any means. You will not see any improvement but you'll be super knowledgeable in the Gen Z lingo. This is strictly a self guided facility which I've never experienced or even knew it was a thing. The fact that you're unsupervised is impractical. You're constantly uncertain if you have the proper form. I wasted my time, money, and health for 4 months here. I gave them more than enough time to prove me wrong. Once I was feed up with the lack of help, I gave them my feedback mid session and they ended it right then and there. They were not open to constructive feedback which pushed me out even quicker. No business will ever last if they can't listen to their customer's concerns.

I wanted to be sure that I was doing the correct workouts, using my legs/knees correctly, and just getting advice. Decided to come into R3 and was met with kindness and care. Physical therapy is not cheap, and I'm really glad that the staff did not seem super pushy or sales-y. They even have a satisfaction guaranteed policy or your $ back which made me feel comfortable getting one of their package. Dr. Des is the one who has been giving me care and it has been great so far. She listens to all my needs/concerns and works with me and my body to remedy the issues going on. It's obvious that she is knowledgable and confident in her education which really shows as she's explaining the stretches and exercises we do throughout our appointments. Lastly, the facility is clean and modern which is a huge plus to me- I have seen the equipment being wiped down between sessions. The overall profession in the facility and staff along with the service the doctor brings, makes me happy about my decision to chose R3 for PT .

I came across R3 through an ad, and I'm so glad I did! Dr Dustin was very thorough in diagnosing where my pain was coming from and took the time to understand my concerns and create a treatment plan tailored to me. My pain has significantly improved, and I'm feeling so much better I also love the app they use as it has the recorded exercises that's assigned for me to do between sessions. The instructions are easy to follow and make it much easier to stay consistent. Joint glides and cupping done at the start of each session is something I had never experienced in physical therapy before but I feel this has helped tremendously with minimizing my pain before doing the exercises each session I'm very grateful for the care and support I've received at R3 and would highly recommend Dr Dustin to anyone dealing with chronic pain! Also just wanted to note all the staff here is extremely nice! Front desk is always so friendly. Highly recommend

Why was appt. available and booked if Dr. Fell does not accept new patients anymore? 2. Why notify me end of day on Friday, one business day before the actual appt? 3. Why not having the decency/courtesy to call me directly to let me know? Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. And as we all know, the buck stops with the boss. Disappointing, to say the least.
