She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes that would be nice. 5-6 minutes later I ask is it ready? No, it is sitting there on the counter not even in the oven. I said "may I take the muffin now, didn't know it would be queued up behind five other breakfast orders, to warm-up a muffin." Writing this not to slam but because it is such a lack of obvious, common sense practice for a kitchen that the owners should know and train staff. I see no reason not to go back if I was in the area.
