About a quarter of the flowers were buds and unbloomed. The vase is plain as heck. Honestly it looks more like a $50 bouquet. In their defense maybe they increase prices for special days. The florals she provided was not quite what I had envisioned - it would have been helpful if she provided images of what flowers were available and what arrangements she was planning closer to my wedding date in case I wanted to make adjustments. It would have been helpful if she coordinated with our silk flower vendor to ensure the flowers matched my vision (I sent both vendors a detailed document of my floral inspirations for each part of the wedding), but the communication between the vendors and with myself were lacking (delay on communication and lack of clarity/transparency).
