It's nuts, booth after booth of insanely "safe" fireworks for sale. They even have a field where you can launch your fireworks right there in the event you can't take them home. A few words of warning. Everyone is there to have fun, relax and have patience with the traffic and crowds. Be aware of your surroundings. If you have a child that is on the spectrum, maybe not a good idea. This is the definition of sensory overload. If you have visitors from a well regulated European country, take them! If you have visitors from California where everything is illegal, take them!

We visited the spring fair and did over 10,000 steps. Our 5 year old said when it was time to leave... but grandma, I still have steps in these feet... It felt accessible, upbeat, and like a genuinely unique local experience instead of another event venue dressed up as one. I could absolutely see bringing friends here and looking very organized for having suggested it. Go on a day when you want some energy and people watching with your afternoon.
