The parts manager gave excellent advice on tires that all preformed well on dirt, gravel and asphalt. There is a new owner but service continues to be great. The manager was very helpful but not an expert on all the adventure models. Dirt bikes are the best sellers here. A downside is that the owner will not take trade-ins. (Probably because the shop hardly has room for its new bikes.) The 2016 shop was burned in the Alameda Fire. The new shop is much smaller and crowded with KTM dirt bikes with few adventure and high-speed street bikes.

They have a Hugh selection of Can-Am's with different features and Scott took the time to explain each one in detail. It took some repeated visits to Water World, and I finally narrowed it down to a couple of designs that I was interested in. Scott introduced me to Tyler who literally brought everything together to make a complete package on what can work and not work with this particular side by side. It took some time to find the right accessories to be compatible and be able to work with other accessories. Bumpers seem to be the hardest to fit a winch or lights on, but Tyler really knows the inventory and made it an easy task. Tyler recommended a type of helmet at Cycle Gear, but it didn't fit with the radio head set and it had to be returned but Tyler said he can make it work. Wow! Tyler really did a great job, and you can't feel the headset pressing against your ears. I was really impressed with that and his commitment to making things work, he has MacGyver skills! Water World has the best staff that really go out of there way to make a dream come true but also having a wonderful experience. I apologies for not remembering the technician's names that built my Can-am, but you are not forgotten. A lot of care was put into hiding the wires, and putting everything together, a beautiful job and I really thank you for it. He explained in detail how to replace the engine belt and had all the tools laid out for me to note, and he even delivered the Maverick to my house on his own time. Lastly the financial and paperwork side of Water World which could not be possible without Bailey and again I apologies with names, but she helped me with my boat registration, wonderful staff! I can't thank Water World enough for all there friendly and knowledgeable staff for making this a fun experience for me.

(very noisy and the tension is inconsistent) After many hours of reading online reviews and riders comments I decided to try the Southern Oregon Hot Bikes hydraulic chain tensioner. (HB125-07) I watched his youtube video and followed the directions by priming the unit with oil first, installed and set with 1/8" of preload and torqued the grade 8 hex bolts with loctite to 20 ft lbs. The manager said this bike is highly desired and will sell whether I purchase it or not. The owner told me "they don't have to price match" So essentially this dealership does not care about you as a customer.

After a ride to work, I noticed a past-bald patch on the rear tire of my motorcycle. Since I…read morerecently moved, I don't have any equipment to take my tire off. After calling around a bunch of places, Specialized Powersports offered the lowest price to replace the tire. After getting the new tire shipped in, I called them on the day of, brought the tire and my bike in, and they had it done within an hour. They even oiled the chain for me! They were incredibly nice. Though, did use some sarcastic humor to keep things light. But 10/10, I will come back to them again.

I had brought my dirt bike here from a referral from Carlson's Motorsports, which was my first…read moremistake. Unfortunately, we don't have much of a selection of motorcycle service shops here in the Rogue Valley, so I took my chances. I had asked Justin at Specialized Powersports to please diagnose the problem on my dirt bike, and to call me with any updates. I had assumed that the float was stuck in the carburetor. Justin and I had agreed upon $100 dollars to diagnosis the issue, and that if it was something small, he would just fix it for the $100 dollars. Anything more than that, he would call me to see what I wanted to do. Two weeks go by with no word. I had left a voicemail asking for an update the week prior, which was never returned. I decided to go down to the shop in person to see if there were any updates. When I arrived, I had immediately noticed that my dirt bike had some brand new parts on it that I never agreed to. I asked Justin what the updates were, and asked if he had replaced anything on the bike. I also reminded him of our agreement of the $100 dollar diagnostic fee, and that he would contact me before charging any extra or replace anything. Justin seemed surprised that I had not been contacted since originally dropping the bike off, two weeks prior. He proceeded to tell me that the bike runs great now, after having replaced the carburetor, fuel lines, fuel filter, re-jetting the carburetor, and that we were just waiting on a new air filter before it would be ready. I personally, had just rebuilt the carburetor myself, along with replacing the air filter and a handful of other things that Justin knew about, before bringing the bike into the shop. I knew that he was trying to take advantage of me. Justin told me that "I wasn't in repairs very much. Under $300 bucks for sure." I was livid. I told him to immediately cease any further work, I did not want the air filter, and that I would pay him for the work that he did, but I'm taking the bike. It seems to me, that Justin was unable to track down the problem, so he either threw a bunch of new parts on the bike 'hoping' to fix it, or he is just another dishonest mechanic, trying to up-sale the customer as much as possible. I will never go back, and I highly suggest the same. I'd rather make the drive to a more reputable and honest shop. I'm surprised this place is still in business, with the way they operate.
