We were able to find them easily on our way from Crater Lake to the Redwood National Park. Our service guy (sorry we didn't catch his real name) was diligent and kept looking for the problem. After several attempts he took everything apart and bingo.....two unattached wires. How these things happen who knows but the problem was found and we were back on the road. They were cordial and fit us in despite their all ready busy schedule.

As he thought about what he should charge he sold it to me for $20!! As I tried to explain I had no problem paying more because I knew what it had to be worth, he said no $20 was fine. They never did, but said they would... They already had my money, so why bother... And what was I going to do about the faulty water heater?...
