Super fast service! Even with a line plus drive through orders they act like a well oiled machine. There is nothing that stops them. Super friendly staff. The food is always amazing so it's super consistent. Moved to this area not too long ago and my family and I have been coming on a weekly basis now. It's nicely decorated inside and the seating is spaced out enough to be comfortable. Real authentic Mexican food and you can customize however you like. I love this place so much! First time to this location. Order at the counter and the food is delverered to you rtable. We were there on a busy Sunday morning - yet the food came out fast. I had chicken fajita taco and a bean and cheese taco - plenty of stuffing's and fresh tortillas. I teased my hubby that somebody's grandma was in the back keeping the tortillas coming. I'm a native a Texan and have had breakfast tacos all over the U.S, on many road trips. This is the best breakfast tacos I've had. So good that we made a U-Turn and came back to buy more and take back home. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. The chorizo was not too salty or spicy, and it was full of flavor. Had a smokey taste and although I put hot sauce on mine, it really didn't need it. Taco was saucy but not greasy. And their tortillas were so fresh and delicious, we ordered, some on the side, to take home. I book marked this place and will definitely be back every time I make a trip to New Braunfels. Food is usually pretty bad except for the first time here a couple of years ago. After countless returns I ordered my usual and it was great! Wow the way it should always taste. After about 50 tacos later I finally got a fresh Non burnt beef CARNE ASADA TACO ON FLOUR. It was amazing. I am always returning because my present company is an ever changing work thing. Loud music, Extremely high priced and bad food keep me away otherwise. But today was delicious and i didn't mind the cost but i did quickly eat my taco and rush out due to Loud music. The staff while we went inside was very friendly and nice, I'd recommend going inside instead of the drive though as we we ordered waited, ate and left with the car that was in front of us still in line. Fantastic breakfast tacos today at Tia's Taco Hut in New Braunfels. Very busy with a large line, but I received my tacos within 5 minutes. The chorizo & egg tacos were very tasty, good portion size, and excellent green salsa. If you like a very hot jalapeño based salsa, then Tia's is your place. Menudo....Boom! I am no menudo expert but theirs is the best I have had in the area so far. Piping hot, delicious broth, tender tripe and all the deliciousness they put in it. They don't skimp either. A large order was enough for 2 meals...yum! I was tempted to get a couple breakfast tacos but my focus was primarily on the soup.....sooo, next time. Food is good but the customer service is terrible. They have gotten our order wrong several times when we use DoorDash. Every time that we've asked them about it they deny and refused to even apologize. My son even drove back to the shop to prove to them that there was no bacon in the taco And they tried to point out the taco and said it was baked it was not, still no apology. My wife spoke with Sarah on the phone today to let her know that we paid for extra bacon and once again did not get it, she told her to take it up with DoorDash It is very rare for us to leave a bad review, we gave them every opportunity first It's a shame because we really like their tacos but we just can't order here anymore read more

Every single time I give this place another chance, the order takers and cashier and window lady are rude. Every time. Food quality has gone down too. They don't smile, they aren't courteous and they just rush you like they have a daily quota or something. I understand people have bad days, but every day. I ordered tacos through a delivery service. The order delivered timely and the order was accurate. The Crispy Tacos were packaged carefully as to not spill or get soggy. The flavor of the crisp tacos were good. The Bacon, egg, cheese tacos left allot to be desired. The tortilla was soft and delicious however the filling was not great. The bacon was finely chopped and scrambled into the eggs. It was pretty dry and boring. The bean and cheese taco was good. Used to love this place, but man has it gone DOWNHILL FAST. I ordered the enchiladas with one order of charro beans & one order of refried beans bc last time their rice was awful... (they up charge for charro beans, but I'm always ok with that...until now...) when i tell you what they gave me was inedible... it's all HUGE chunks of fat there were maybe 5 beans in each container?? How tf is that charro beans?? Also they gave me double charro so i have no beans at all to eat with my meal & they up charged me twice when i specifically asked for refried & charro. This place is awesome! Great breakfast tacos and some are even 99 cents every day. They serve breakfast tacos all day from 6 am-3 pm and the drive thru is always busy and the parking lot is packed. I tried the picadillo taco and bean and cheese taco on my first visit. They were delicious and seasoned well. The flour tortillas were homemade. Great spot for a quick & cheap meal in New Braunfels. Tia's Taco Hut is a fast casual type joint so head straight to the counter to order food then it will be delivered to your table. They have Amaaaazing homemade flour tortillas, salsa bar, great tacos, and they even have a drive-thru. The puffy taco I ordered on our last visit had nicely seasoned beef, held up to the stand up test (I hate a puffy taco served flat), & included shredded cheese, lettuce & tomatoes. Was a TINY bit on the greasy side, but still best I've tasted here in town. Barbacoa taco on flour tortilla was also really good. Be sure to ask for cheese, beans, and/or guacamole as those are not included. They offer a variety of salsa, which is awesome. I usually go for green but it tasted a little too tarte/vinegary so I went with dark red instead. It was very spicy which I LOVED. They also offer a red milder option for all y'all salsa sissies.
