The oxygen was different in there. The women in the shop were very helpful. They repotted my plant, treated her and told me how to take care of her. My plant has been thriving ever since. I purchased a new plant while I was there because I was feeling inspired. The women were so knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for the plant help were reasonable also. I'll definitely come back for my next plant as the staff were so patient in answering my questions .

I have gotten a really cute little rubber tree as a gift for a neighbor, a bottle of neem oil to help a pest problem I've been having and a few other small plants I just couldn't leave behind. The staff are always so friendly and there to answer questions, even if it's about a problem plant I have at home. I love love love that they usually have a little rehab plant section for a big chunk off. I thinkkkk I have a good green thumb so I will always be down to bring a new little green leafy friend home and try to bring him back, especially if that means getting a good deal on it. The flowers were successfully delivered on time, but unfortunately never made their way to the room at the hospital and my friend was never notified by hospital staff of the delivery. Given that I live in Florida, I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the hospital who could help locate the delivery before my friend was discharged from the hospital. However, Cathy at Bouquets & Baskets was so kind, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She graciously offered to pick the flowers up from the hospital, freshen the bouquet, and have the flowers re-delivered directly to my friend's home at no additional cost. I saw the leaves of the plant dying few days after getting it home and sent a message to the owner who said "it is normal and old leaves are dying." Hence I kept it with my other plants and in the next few days all my plants had spider mites. I have my herbs growing since 2 years with no problem and lost the harvest to the spider mites. Unfortunately I did not realize this sooner. I got medication, watered the plant and spent hours everyday trying to clean each leaf of every plant I not only spent over a 100$ on those plants that didn't last but it killed some of my existing plants (4 to be precise).
