Came yesterday for a pedicure with a friend who been coming to this company for years. We got the basic pedicure with regular nail polish and had a good experience there with the workers be super friendly. I have come home today after wearing closed toes shoes to work to find out that my polish is already chipping and when I was taking a closer look at my feet it looks very grown out and they didn't paint my whole toe nail. This is a hidden gem! i have been going for years for my nails with Tiffany who does a great job. They really do the best pedicures followed by a 10 min massage and the place is sparkling clean. If I could give no stars I would! I went to this establishment on Sunday to get a gel manicure and pedicure it's only Thursday and they are already chipping. I am very careful with my nails as I use gloves for any cleaning or anything that requires my gel polish messing up. I decided to return to have them fix the fingers toes that are already chipping. I paid a lot of money for both my gel manicure and pedicure only for them to tell me that only one finger is free to fix and I would have to pay for the rest.. The first picture is the after effect of their (fixing) this is horrible sloppy and I will never be returning. I can tell their gel polish must either be very cheap or they re-filled with some acetone or something.. unacceptable Plus they were very rude and upset that I would return to have them fix their mistake only to fix it and make it look even worse. read more

Very clean! One of the best pedicures I've had in a very long time. Paid extra for foot reflexology and was worth every penny! They also massage your shoulders while your toes dry. For 43 I had a pedicure, 10 minutes of reflexology, paraffin wax on my heels and a shoulder massage. Will definitely be returning. read more

I was getting ready to go on vacation so I decided to get a mani pedi. I always drove by this place I figured I would try it out. So when I arrived I asked the man in charge if they had time for this option and he said yes. Please go sit in the pedicure chair and proceeded to turn the water on. And there I stayed with my feet in the water for 15 to 20 minutes with no one even paying any attention to me. Until they actually were ready to start the pedicure. The woman who did my nails and toes was actually very nice. And that's probably the only nice thing I could say about this salon. My manicure chipped by the next morning and my pedicure had chipped within 3 days. So this is the worst manicure pedicure I've ever received. I think they're just too busy and try to fit everyone in instead of just telling me to come back later. Along with trying to sell me a gel manicure, which I did not want. They were too afraid of losing the business but now I will never go back there again. read more

I have had many pedicures at Natural Nails with great results, still don't know how they get my hooves looking so pretty! Ladies beware (and I know this may be gross) make sure your legs are shaved prior to your visit , because they also massage and lotion your legs as part of your pedicure. My nails are natural, and have had a regular manicure with either french tips painted on, or just clear, and they lasted fine. But, the prices have definitely gone up and are now pretty much the same as every where else. Because the place is small and intimate, be prepared to possibly wait a while to have your nails done. I've had great experiences here. Prices are good, the staff doesn't rush you, even when it's busy. It seems that the majority of the issues in previous reviews have to do with lack of staff/how busy it is. It is ALWAYS busy, appointment or not. That speaks to the amount of time each nail tech spends with you, even on the basic manicure and pedicure. I have witnessed other people who are impatient with wait time, but I always go when I have enough time to wait and don't have any set plans. Manicures (non gel) typically last a week or so and pedicures about 2-3. If you end up with Kevin, he checks in to make sure you approve of the shape/color before he continues. He's also really funny! The massage they give you when your nails are drying is worth the extra tip. Cheshire Coffee (next door) is an added bonus when I visit! read more

All I wanted was a fill. I walked in and was ask "what do you need" I said a fill and my mom was getting a pedicure. And was told to sit down. Then I asked how much a fill was and she asked if it was gel and I said yes. Then she told me $48 I said wow that's a lot. She said that's cheap for gel. I told her I checked a couple places and it was about $30-$35. She said " we'll go there then". I couldn't believe she said that to me. I told her well that was rude and she just laughed. My mom and I left. They lost two costumers. This was my first time going to this place and these people actually talk to customers like this. There was one other customer in the place and she looked so uncomfortable when the lady said that to me. Never going there again. Guys don't go there. They are so rude. This place started off good with reasonable pricing. It's now 20 bucks just to get a polish change and the polish is so cheap it chips in one day. The clear they use has a yellow tint and loold awful in one day. The owner or salon manager is argumentative and has now started insisting that you tip the help!. Didn't know tipping was mandatory now and with paying $20 for a polish change what nerve! I had left a tip in the jar, apparently she did not see me do that, and then embarrassed me in front of the whole Salon asking me if I was going to tip?. I have never had such great service getting a mani-pedi. I am from Boston, here for a wedding. The owner, Sandy, is very personable. She puts the nail polish on her fingers to show you how the color truly looks out of the bottle. The technician who served me, Amy, is very detailed in her work and made me feel very comfortable. Pedicures-Great. Everything else- NO! Terrible at acrylic nails, crooked/uneven, thick nails. Mind you, I went there for my wedding, I left in tears :( The manager kept insisting I pay a tip when I was not satisfied with the results. Everyone has been raving about this place but honestly I wasn't too thrilled. They gave me a hard time about asking to soak off my gel nails while getting a pedicure (that I felt was rushed) so there wouldn't be so much scratching and filing on my natural nails. Thy finally understood what I was asking and reluctantly complied. I asked for a certain color on my nails with a sparkle on top but my manicurist insisted she couldn't do it and tried to get me to do something else. When I didn't take her suggestion (because it was not what I wanted) she processed to talk about me in her native language (that I obviously didn't understand) to her fellow employee. She was very obvious about it. When doing the gel mani she left a lot of space between the polish and my cuticle which I don't like. We will see how long this lasts but I foresee me having to get another mani sooner than planned because there will be a lot of growth due to not polishing the nail all the way. I'm very picky about my nail salons, mess up once and I probably won't go back again. read more

Had the worst experience possible at this place. I called at 6 pm and asked for a gel manicure they said I can do a manicure and pedicure if I wanted so I said yes great. I get there and tell them I usually do a gel set but didn't think they had time. They offered to do it and had two people start working on me. They filed my nails way too thin and started putting tips on . I told them I wanted the almond shape and instructed them on the shape I wanted. They gave me tiny points that were all uneven. The owner filed so hard and fast because "we close at seven" that my nail beds felt like they were going to rip off. She then tried to apply a gel top coat - I said hmmm no this isn't what I asked for I wanted a uv gel set it's sort of like acrylic but it's a gel and goes under the uv. She then says that it doesn't exist and I've been trying acrylic the whole time. I'm a licensed hairdresser and know what I'm talking about but I let her start doing acrylic. Everything was uneven and crooked and looked like total shit. She looked at them and made a crooked face and asked if I liked them. I said no but I have no choice now they're ruined and she proceeded to take them off one by one ruining my nails. It was the worst experience of my life. She should have just said no if there was no time. Not to mention they were talking about me right in front of me and the co worked mopped over my foot with a dirty mop. The worst experience ever I never met someone who couldn't care less about the customer experience. I ended up just walking out and now my nails that I have such a hard time growing are ruined beyond repair and right back to where they used to be when I stared growing them out 8 weeks ago.
