I believe she bakes from her home. We coordinated a delivery time and I met her at a local elementary school. Alternatively she will deliver to Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville, Elkridge, & North Laurel for orders of 2 dozen or more, per her website. She arrived on time for my pickup for an event the following day. I put the cupcakes in the fridge overnight. The following day the cupcakes were taken out of the fridge around 9:30 am and eaten around noon. I loved the cake itself as it was moist. The icing and cake were both flavorful, however, the icing was too soft. The texture was not what I am accustomed to and not sure if being in the fridge had something to do with it. Presentation wise the cupcake looked simple with sprinkles on top. It looked cupcakes you would find at the grocery store including the plastic packaging. I was surprised when I saw the cupcakes how small they were. I was expecting them to be bigger if they are normally valued at $30. Other bakeries may charge $3-$4 more for a dozen but they are considerably bigger. Also, if I go to other brick and mortar bakeries, for a comparable price I am able to choose different flavors whereas here I am limited to a dozen of the same flavor.

I immediately brought this to my cousin's attention and then alerted Stacey. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she began yelling and using offensive language. I accepted but then as soon as I left her establishment I sent her a text to declined as I was too disgusted and frustrated to accept anything from her store. In my text I expressed my concern about the health and sanitation issue and requested a full refund. However, she only acknowledged my message late that evening, stating that she was already remaking the order and would discard the original. I responded professionally, reiterating my request for a refund to be issued to my card. She confirmed that the refund had been processed and that I would receive an email confirmation. Subsequently, I waited for five days while the transaction was pending, only to find out yesterday that she had retracted the charge. I immediately sent her another text urging her to rectify the issue as soon as possible, but I have neither heard back from her nor seen any sign of the refund being reissued. I find this level of unprofessionalism completely unacceptable, especially in the food business where there are potential health risks. Stacey should have taken accountability for the situation. Not only was I out of the money for the original order, but I also had to spend more money to purchase a cake at the last minute. In light of my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with her. This whole situation has been utterly disgusting and unacceptable.
