Rolled ice cream is made by flattening an ultra-thin layer of ice cream out and then rolling it up. See the videos I posted if you've never experienced it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that I tried are ube and blueberry. The blueberry had a blueberry puree on top. The ube was served with whipped cream and toasted coconut. Delightful. I only wish that I had a double espresso to go with it. The flavors of rolled ice cream that are most popular here, so far, are: 1.) Birthday Cake 2.) Strawberry Cheesecake, and 3.) Cookies and cream The team here was also passionate about the ube flavor. We also tried the strawberry yogurt shake, which was delicious.
