I have never experienced such great customer service from any other company. They were very kind, easy to work with and professional. He was hoping he could diagnose and quickly fix my boat so I wouldn't have to wait the three weeks for an open spot. Within 20 mins he had determined my problem was a bad relay. He didn't have one in stock so he sent me to a local automotive parts store to get one, which I did and installed it myself. Everything is now back to normal. Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.
