The owner was super friendly. Her and her husband have been doing nails for 28 years. She was so fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I can't get over how fast it was. I have never gotten my nails done that fast and they look great! She was very very nice and accommodating. I only had Apple Pay with me today and she was able to take it! She said they accept many forms of payment. The vibe I got after being there waiting until it was my turn that she is very sweet and loves to make the customers laugh. I will definitely be back. If I could leave negative stars I would. First of all, they don't listen to anything you try to tell them. I understand there is somewhat of, a language barrier, but even the employees that speak English do not help to tell the employees who do not understand what you're trying to tell them. I kept saying it was hurting but he still kept filing away. I have bloody feet now. My legs are hugely swollen and I went to the doctor and they told me I have something called cellulitis which comes from a wound getting infected with bacteria or an open wound getting infected. I literally cannot walk because my right foot especially in so much pain and bleeds every time I walk. I really wish I would've gone somewhere else because I can't even get around right now! Please be careful if you go to them. I'm going there tomorrow to show them And I want my money back. If they do not give it back there will be a big issue. I just had the worst customer service experience in my life and a I am 50 years old!! I have been going to this shop for quite a few years, on a first name basis with the owner, Suzy. I've witnessed and overlooked the rude responses and unprofessional tone she has given to others while I've been in the shop. Apparently, today was NOT a good day for her. I walked in for an eyebrow wax, as I normally do. She accepts walkins for her that service, so nothing out of the ordinary. She was VERY rude and disrespectful all because she was booked for a few hours. It was unnecessary and unwarranted. I was okay with her not being able to do the service and would have gone back for a time that worked for her. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this shop. My daughter and I came here. Acrylic and Polish/shellac not only on our nails but all over our fingers. Nails all different shapes/lengths. When I asked them to make corrections, they literally said "no". Bubbles and fuzz in the polish as well. It's been 4 days and my daughters nails have almost all come off, my shellac on my acrylic is peeling (which has NEVER happened at any other salon in the 15yrs I've had acrylic laid on my nails). I live out of state but have been coming to this nail salon for close to 10 years with my aunt every time I am in town. Suzy is very kind and funny and I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff here. I tend to get strictly acrylics because the no-chip does tend to peel off quite easily (this is the only problem I encountered). Suzy does a great job on eyebrows as well. Everything is reasonable priced and the massage chairs are wonderful when you're getting a pedicure. 10/10 recommend coming here :) read more

She was very precise and made me feel comfortable while getting my full-set. I used to go here a long time ago and decided to give it another try. Nope. Still awful. Got into it with the technician and maybe the manager (?) about the pricing. What they charged was not what was on their pricing sheet. Truly nickel & dime-ing the customer. And worse was they didn't seal the shellac and now it's pealing off my nails - less than a week later! They told me $81 (pedicure and fill - both with shellac) and charged me $82. They were so nasty, I took the $20 I would normally have left for a tip and left the salon. I will never return. I will never return to this shop and will warn others to save their money, and go elsewhere. I went there for a relaxing treat to myself. I have a job where I work on my feet all of the time and don't have time nor money to do so for myself on a regular basis. I went in for a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails and I let them know that I had shellac (which was barely there) on my nails & toes already that needed to come off. I had brought my own polish that had a sentimental value to me; as it was my recently deceased mother's. The main tech took an attitude with me because I didn't want to get the $30 shellac deal and I wanted to use my own polish. She says "Ok, if you're not getting the shellac then you have to pay for the removal of the shellac you have on." I said "ok, that's totally fine." She goes and makes and makes an irritated comment about my decision to a guest. Then, once I sat down the water was beyond scalding! I don't mind hot water, but that was going to take a while to get used to. Once the tech that sits at chair #1 started, he kept giving me disapproving looks, clicking his tongue at me, making jokes to other techs about my feet and proceeded to ask me loudly & repeatedly about how long it has been since I was in to further embarrass me. I can't help that my feet are extremely prone to dry skin; especially in the winter. I had changed my mind about the shellac on my nails, as I had laundry and errands to do right after. So I decided shellac on my nails and my polish for my toes. When it came time to paint my toes, he once again, tried to get me to change my polish color I had brought with me and kept questioning it saying "it looks clear...are you sure you want that?" - with a dissatisfied look. By then I was pretty pissed but kept things light; as I was not interested in having any sort of confrontation. When it was time to pay, I was charged more than I was predicting. I asked about the total and he says it was to take the shellac off - which I was told I didn't have to pay for if I got shellac; which I did. All the while, the lady that originally told me that was sitting right there, listening, but acting like she was counting money and said not one word. I've gone here before and they have always done a great job with me and my almost 4 year old daughter. Today I went for a pedicure for me and mani pedi for my daughter and the girl (Susie) could not be more bothered by having to work with my daughter. My daughter was polite and kept telling her "My name is.... " before she finally responded to her rudely. My daughter is afraid of nail clippers at first and the girl was being rough and would stop and huff and complain. Then all of the workers started making fun of her for crying because the lady was rude to her and told her she wasn't going to do her nails because she was holding an iPad. This was the first time I got my nails done and she made sure I was happy with all the color choices and that I was comfortable the whole time. I also talked with Suzy, the owner, and she was so nice! I went in during 5pm and it was not too busy during that time. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Susie, the owner, is EXTREMELY rude. She thinks because people laugh at her little stupid jokes, she's a funny person but in reality, she's disrespectful AF. She's constantly talking about how much money she has or how she wants to take her customers money. I have been getting dip powder on my nails for about a year now and I've NEVER had any issues, the moment I go to tic tac nails and get them done by Tina, my dip powder starts to crack not even a week later. I call and tell Susie who then says she would have to look at my nails, so when I come in, she tells me my real nail broke and I'd have to pay for them to be done again... she never takes accountability. Your employee did my dip powder wrong and I shouldn't have to pay for her mistake. Anyways, I finally get to sit down in the chair after waiting for so long, she asks what color I say MOD ABOUT YOU x OPI, she's yelling like a banshee saying we don't have that.. I'm like OK WELL that's what I told her I wanted, so I'm not sure what color she grabbed. So I look at the swatches and find the match and it's MOD ABOUT YOU. So I'm like this is Mod about you she said "YOU SAID MAD it's MOD" I said okay Susie well you knew what I meant! Anyways, we are going back and forth, something you never do in customer service and I'm not sure she's aware of that, but she asks if I want to leave and do my own nails and all this other rude sh*t and starts to say she's not doing my nails and she starts talking in her language. Also, another young lady came in because her shellac started to peel 4 days after she got it done earlier that same week and she chastised the employee that did it, in front of everyone! Her husband who sits at the first table, directly in front of Susie, raised his voice at the same lady when she came in because he assumed she said she wanted to skip everybody. They do nice work but grossly overcharge! Shellac isn't listed on their price list. They discuss it in their language then give you a price. Also, they ask you what service you want when you come in the door. Be careful because the person doing the nails may add a service you didn't even request. Ex: I requested shellac hands and feet no acrylics etc. I was charged excessively for old removal then a "so called" manicure I never asked for. Furthermore, this "manicure" was shaping and having me wash my hands off at the sink. There was no soaking etc. involved. This is standard at most salons so I never saw this coming. Poor service.. just got here and I'm not impressed at all. They are running an assembly line type of pedicure and nail service. I got placed in a chair for my pedicure and was expected to sit and wait with my feet in cold water for 20 minutes. When I asked for hot water or for my water to be hotter the nail tech got an attitude. Didn't appear to be very clean when using their nail tools.. I noticed they don't have the utensils which are sterile and come out of the sterilized packages. They are placing the used tools under that light thing. I saw one nail tech even attempt to just wash off the tools she had just used and was going to use the same tools on another customer, lucky the customer saw what was getting ready to happen and spoke up. They offer discounts on pedicures and their nail services so I'm thinking they think it's okay to take short cuts during their services. Let's just say "Buy A Better Ticket, Get A Better Ride!" Coupons are a bad sign. They were understaffed so had to wait almost an hour for pedicure to get started. 10-15 mins of that without water to put my feet in. When they did do water they threw something that looked like a tums in the water that kept hitting my feet. I was the last one in there had my feet under the lamp trying to dry them and the guy turns off the tv and says "See you" as in get out I want to go home now. Not pleasant and won't go back.
