The fact that standing up to dance or even talking briefly to a friend leads to complaints from other patrons is unbelievable. This is the second time this has happened to me here, and we weren't drinking or being obnoxious in any way -- we were simply enjoying the show. If someone wants complete silence and zero movement around them, staying home might be the better option. We were told we'd find out which show on the day of (Saturday) at 11 am, but on Friday night, we got an email from the theatre saying they were excited to see us. You get the option to cross off a few titles you do not want to see or maybe you have seen before. You can pay an additional fee if you would like to cross off more. For me, because I've seen so many shows, I went with that option. I still ended up getting a show I've seen before, but that's okay because it turned out to be an amazing experience seeing it on Broadway. I've always experienced the national tours. Once you have an account though and use it you won't get duplicate shows. So the next time I visit New York it's work a shot. The seats were decent enough but I'm semi skeptical because the price of the ticket almost comes out to what you would pay at the box office anyways so how much are you truly saving? There are different ways to have your experience, and you can upgrade if you prefer orchestra seats. The cool thing is the anticipation of not finding out what show you're going to see until the morning of. Overall I would do it again though.

The parking lot next to the theater is very small and a little walk to the entrance. Other parking is quite away from the theater, therefore get there early if you want a good parking spot. The seating is set up so there is no bad seat in the house. I thought there was enough legroom, considering what you get on a Broadway theater. The building is new and modern and I would not hesitate to see other shows there.
