I came in and the man at the front desk(I think his name was Steve) helped me with my case. Since it was in a court not generally serviced, he talked to a lawyer and they quoted generally this court doesn't budge and will require traffic school. He gave me a good recommendation for a traffic school. I called the court to see and they said I would still need to appear to plead and then request traffic school to avoid points on my tickets. Rather than appear myself I retained this firms services. Things went better than I expected. bail schedule for that ticket in Bunkerville was 308 dollars. this firm reduced it to an illegal parking ticket for 198 and best of all, NO TRAFFIC SCHOOL. Ok, I have not had a ticket in almost 30 years. I "failed to stop completely at a right turn on red" in Henderson. Officer gave me a citation that was less than 200 bucks. Never having had a ticket in the Las Vegas area and hearing that I would have to pay for traffic court and my insurance would go up, I was nervous about representing myself in court. Hence the reason I chose a "respective law firm" to take care of this for me. Wish I'd have called Saul! I now have to pay the city of Henderson MORE than my citation cited. I've used Ticket Busters twice now, for speeding and not having Proof of Insurance citations. I simply emailed them and sent them a screen shot of my ticket, and left the rest of to them. I came in to the office in the afternoon on the day my ticket was supposed to be resolved. The man at the front desk was friendly and knew what he was doing, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with no questions. They were able to reschedule my court date from the current day to a future day, and then were able to get my speeding ticket - that would have been 3 points on my license and fines - reduced to illegal parking, which only required payment of fines. I never had to go to court myself and now my driving record is still clean!! I would've had to pay those fees to the courthouse regardless and the small fee you pay to TicketBusters is totally worth not having the points on your license! I received a ticket back in October and immediately called ticket busters. I was told my court date would be pushed back and I would be notified. I never received a call, email, or letter on what my new court date was so when it came time for my ticket to be due I ended paying 120 more because it had gone to warrant status.
