When I initially read the reviews and this was after I purchased the tickets, I was scared s$&@less, I was dealing with a sociopath. But, in reality that's not what happened. Check-in security process was smooth, drinks were good we ordered the margaritas in the refillable cups but never got refills because I'm not the person that leaves there spot at the concert and it's also a fairly large drink! We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. Great sound, wonderful view from where we managed to stand, and good crowd.

From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

Only to get to Spinato's inside the venue and be told that the rewards program doesn't work there because "they have a different system". Okay great, don't have the Mercury instagram page promote specials that you can't even use during a Mercury game - I find that completely pointless. Why would I travel all the way to a Spinato's establishment if the most common one I have access to is inside the venue... Anyways, I got Wetzel's Pretzels and one of the $2 fountain sodas. A $3.50 additional cost for a tiny cheese cup is crazy btw. Be warned that the $2 soda is a small cup compared to the almost $12 souvenir soda, but technically you can buy 3-4 small sodas and get the same amount of drink for cheaper. Just a way to beat "the system" there. Rock the Pink night was fun - Scorch had a special pink outfit and hair that they probably only bring out for that day.
