We decided to check out a "Screen Unseen" movie at AMC Dine-In theater. We were able to order the tickets and our dinner online, and then when you arrive, they bring your dinner to you prior to the movie starting. We ordered a cheeseburger and tots, and it was just OK. The theater seats are not very comfortable. They're kind of old, and they're not the ones that recline, but overall it was fine. The movie was a Quentin Tarantino film called One Spoon of Chocolate directed by RZA. It was an action thriller and a bit much, but I did like it. So if you want to check out a film and you don't care what it is, this is a great way to go and save some money!

This is a very nice theatre. The sound system is awesome!! The staff was very nice. Validated parking.

Stay away. Completely unorganized. Every employee is doing everything but no one is doing anything.

We really enjoyed this theatre. It was bright and clean and I didn't mind that to purchase tickets or food you are using a kiosk. After placing your food order you must include your theatre and seat number and the food is brought directly to you by a server. I have never been to a theatre that does this so I thought that was pretty cool. I loved the way that the seats in the theatre were staggered. They were in smaller clusters so you do not have to walk through a long row of people to get to your seats. The building surrounding the theatre is undergoing construction so there is a lot of unfinished work and the escalator was not working.

I went with my partner to see a movie but before we went to the bar to grab a drink and some food. The bartender was rude off the bat and refused to accept the state issued id through online services. She then proceeded to ignore us when I finally waved her over after 25 mins waiting for chicken tenders she said they were dropping the fries and it would be out soon. Finally after 30 mins waiting it came out looking disgusting. When we said we didn't want it she picked it up and tossed it on the back counter and starting speaking under her breath. The only word I caught was "asshole". Didn't even stay for the movie date night was ruined.

    Cheers!

I wasn't paying attention to the pricing on the menu, so I said Smart Water and ended up paying $8.50 - not their fault that I didn't check the price first, but also, that is so expensive! Inside of the theatre was clean, and the recliner seats were comfortable. I always forget to bring a sweatshirt or light jacket because the theaters usually get cold. Bathrooms were clean as well. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely see a movie here again. For parking, we parked in the garage on the north side of the mall. There are a set of doors kind of tucked away. Once inside, you'll see Abercrombie & Fitch, make a left by Lululemon, and hit the escalators up to Harkins.

Partly too since I had fallen asleep on the way which made it even better when I woke up as we turned into the property. We arrived about 30 minutes before our designated show time (10:15p), had enough time to go through entry, get snacks, use the bathroom and park. The signs were mildly confusing so we landed on the wrong screen at first which. Luckily that was an easy correction. You just gotta know by the audio not matching the images. I liked the idea of tuning into an FM station for audio and being able to talk, or even be in a more private space to see the film. It was hard to see the darker scenes though, given some light pollution on nearby areas. That's to be expected for projectors anyways. I would love to be able to do this again soon.

My daughter is very particular about having light ice, so being able to make her own drink is a big win. The same goes for the slushies, our son loves mixing flavors and creating his own combo. The variety of soda and flavor options is great, and for adults, it's nice that there's also a bar available if you want to grab a drink. We recently rented a private theater for my son's birthday, and overall it was such a fun experience. He brought 15 friends to see the new Mario movie, and the staff really helped make it great. Annie, who checked us in was fantastic, she even let me store our cupcakes behind the ticket counter so they wouldn't melt in the car, which I really appreciated. We enjoyed those after the movie outside in the courtyard. We arrived early to order snack packs for the kids, and everything was so well organized. Each pack had popcorn, candy, and slushy cups ready to go. One of the employees (wearing a Luigi hat) went above and beyond. He had everything loaded on a cart, brought it into the theater, and helped pass out everything to the kids. It made the whole process so easy. I wish I remembered his name because he was great. The only hiccup we experienced was with the movie timing. When booking the private theater, it showed a 1:00 PM start time with about 25 minutes of previews. However, once we were seated, the movie started about 10 minutes early with no previews at all. We had a few kids arriving later, expecting to make it during previews, so this threw off our timing a bit. The staff did try to fix it by stopping and restarting the movie, but ultimately there were still no previews. It would be helpful if that detail was clarified during booking so parents can plan accordingly. Even with that small issue, the kids had a great time, and the staff was very helpful. AMC will definitely continue to be our go-to theater.

When I entered the theater and walked up the steps there were no row letters to know which row my seat was in. I had to ask another customer to make sure I was in the right row. The theater still has the old style seats that dont reclined, the seats are very worn and show their age and there is very little legroom. The theater was very direct with food on the floor. The sound was so loud during the 25 minutes of previews that I wish I had had ear plugs. Luckily the sound volume was appropriate for the feature film. I expected a lot more for my ~$23 ticket. I saw the same movie the week before but at a theater that showed it in Cine XL and the senior ticket was less than $19, the seats reclined and even with seats reclined there was plenty of room for people to walk by. This is just one experience. Others may have a different experience in a different auditorium.

The seats were comfy, as advertised. After the pleasant non-concern about the seats, I left to go to the concession. However, something about the carpet and the rail made me think that there was an extra step to take, and I tumbled a bit. I had to do the embarrassing "I'm okay, just tripped on my own feet" thing to the audience above. That did not deter me from getting a beer though (yes, my first and only one of the day, I really thought there was a step). However, the taps had just been opened and needed clearing.
