    Crab cake dinner.
    Ann V.

We had a great dinner. The view was amazing! It was chilly outside so our server accommodated us with a heater. We started off with their crab soup which was delicious! My husband had the crab cakes and I had the rockfish. Everything was on point. I highly recommend this establishment.

It's lovely to enjoy a new experience that exceeds one's expectations. Tickler's Crab Shack did that and more. Tickler's Crab Shack has competitors, but I believe it has a crab leg up on the competition with its waterfront views and surrounding field of dreams-like atmosphere. If the gorgeous atmosphere doesn't captivate you, the beautiful services and delicious seafood most certainly will. Our waitress was remarkable, and she made sure we were accommodated and taken care of throughout our dining experience. I could not have been more pleased with the food, staff, and views. Now, let me recommend trying the steamed crabs and their fresh oysters. I also recommend that you dine outside on the patio. A word of caution: given the nature of being outdoors and on the waterfront, you will encounter some flys, but please don't let that deter you from enjoying your seafood in the ambiance of a scenic waterfront oasis; you'll thank me later.

So much fun and the food and waitstaff are fantastic. Be prepared for market pricing on crabs and other seafood, but the experience and setting will well worth the pricey tab. Ellie was our waitress and helped us break into the crab. She was fantastic. Highly recommend.

This is a fun place to sit and have some appetizers and drinks. We came for dinner and found the entrees rather lacking for the price range. We enjoyed the fire-it's and the live music. On that note I highly recommend staying at the hotel. We had a great time.

Looked online and saw beautiful indoor seating but I believe it's only for large events. I didn't know that and was surprised to see that our party was seated outside. Make sure to bring a jacket to cover up because it gets COLD. I would've much rather been seated inside. I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries which was great. I don't have complaints about the taste but for the price it was tiny LOL. Obviously a place you just sit and drink w friends with a view of boats if that's your thing. The service was slow and our waitress barely came to check on us. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here but it seems to be one of the better places in Tilghman w drinks & music

Excellent food, view, and service. This is also a great outdoor location for eating since it is protected from the weather by an actual roof. The drinks were good as well. The crab soup was my favorite part of the meal. They need to get a working website: I went to the hotel front desk on a Tuesday to get their menu and find out their hours since the website did not provide any of this information.

4.5 5. Atmosphere and venue! On the water, a cute pavilion with scattered seats around the hotel with fire pits and heat lamps. Live music! If only it had been a little warmer we would have eaten outside. But we came in time for happy hour drinks before, dinner inside, then drinks outside again listening to music. Service was also great! A little slow, but friendly to this interracial Asian/Caucasian couple. 4 - food. We had raw oysters, clams in white wine sauce (a little salty), delicious crab soup and fried oyster sliders with sweet potato fries. Very good!

Really adorable dockside dining with great service and live music! The crab dip was phenomenal! We especially loved how dog friendly they are with a dedicated doggy menu.

Incredible view with great service and a laid back vibe. The menu is full of fresh seafood off the dock, combined with a great beer and cocktail list. We ordered half a dozen crabs but they threw in some extras which was greatly appreciated. Make a reservation so you can get a table right on the water. We'll definitely be going back!

We were able to enjoy a nice dinner while fishing at Tilghman's Island this weekend. We shared the crab cake sandwich (on the smaller side but very good, lemony) and some of the smoked wings (very good, love the sauce that it comes with!) For dessert, we had the peach cobbler with caramel sauce - which was good but def sweet enough without the caramel. Only cons was that they didn't give any utensils but luckily we had some in the car. They are practicing social distancing and checking in outside for curbside pickup so that no one has to go in.

We tried a little bit of everything on the menu - the bread, oysters, cucumber salad, scallops, fries, rigatoni, and two desserts. Everything was incredible - creative yet comprehensible and decent portions for a more expensive restaurant. Jordan was our server and was great at convincing us to try certain things that later became an obsession (cucumber salad). Great lighting, lots of bench seating, and quick service. The seafood was excellent. We loved the oysters and the tuna sushi that you roll yourself--it was fun and delicious. The potato chips with Iberian ham and manchego were incredible and one of the most memorable bites of the night. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The desserts were also fantastic. The labneh ice cream was completely out of this world, and the olive oil cake was excellent as well. A couple of small notes: the endive salad wasn't our favorite because it was covered in onions, which wasn't mentioned and unfortunately I really dislike onions. Also, the pork chop tasted amazing but we did notice toward the end that part of it was a bit undercooked. That said, overall the meal was excellent and we had a really great time. Definitely a memorable dining experience in St. Michaels.

Mecca was our very caring waitstaff. Melissa was the Manager. My companion and I each had a concern, about which we spoke with Melissa. We said we'd mention these in our Yelp review. 1. I came in just after the restaurant opened at 11:30 am. To my horror, the floors were soaking wet. My walking stick (both I and my friend are senior citizens) nearly flew out of my hands. I nearly fell -- but caught myself. Such washing, important as it is, needs to be done -- and be thoroughly dry! -- well before ANY guests arrive! 2. My friend couldn't easily enter the restaurant because the door is very heavy and she couldn't reach the single cleat that was intended as a grab bar. A server came to her rescue and helped her inside. In order to keep us seniors independent and UNembarrased for as long as possible, more grab bars and a railing need to be installed at the primary entry as well as at the secondary one. The 2nd entrance, also on Talbot Street, should be available ALL THE TIME; this entry has no steps into the restaurant, and there are easily reachable tables right there. In many ways I highly recommend this restaurant, with the above-described cautions appropriately taken into account.
