The water pressure was so weak that it took nearly 5 minutes just to do the pre-wash. I thought the pressure would get better with the pressure wash, but it did not. I couldn't even effectively spray off bugs from an inch away. I put my hand in front of the sprayer (not advised with a "real" pressure washer), and it felt like a shower head. You can get better pressure from an ordinary garden water hose. I would never recommend this car wash because it took approximately three times as long to complete the job due to the low pressure. Of course, the longer you use it, the more it costs. I moved to a different stall to complete the rinse, but it was not much better. That's how I learned it costs $5 just to get started. In all, I spent nearly $21 to get the worst car wash ever. I was hoping for rain when I left so I could get a proper rinse. I tried to contact the company to no avail; the phone rang on my first call with no answer. Each call after that was met with the old-school busy tone. Customer service was just as disappointing as the equipment. Another major issue is the lack of pricing signs. There was no clear indication of what your total charges would be until you finish. Between the weak water pressure, high cost, poor communication, and lack of price transparency, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Brad took out the seats and pulled back the rug and foam to dry it out. After it was dry he shampooed the rug and meticulously cleaned and detailed every inch of it inside and out. He did the work for less than my deductible and saved me a claim. Even though that was my first time there, Brad treated me like family and took care of my car like it was his own. He saved the day for me. I could not be happier. That definitely will not be the last time I take my car to them.

It's a quaint little car wash, with two sides for servicing, and the entire wash is the size of a Checkers restaurant. They have different levels of washes, and the most expensive is $10. You drive your car through the hall, sit and wait while it does its thing, and you pull out either on to the street or to the size, where there are some vacuums. There was a very friendly worker who helped me with the payment machine and discussed some details about the business. He also handed me a dashboard wet wipe, which is something you can use to clean the inside of your car while you wait. The vacuums are quarter operated. It's $1.50 for 5 minutes. I was looking around for a quarter changing machine, but I did not find one. Luckily I had enough for one session, and that's all I needed to do the floors of my car. The car was is brushless, which wasn't the best route to go with all of the pollen on my car. If your car is very dirty, I wouldn't recommend this wash. If you are here just for a maintenance wash, this is where you can go on the cheap. There is also a pressure washing station on the other side of the lot. I could have used that to wash my car, but I didn't have any more quarters on me. For the price, Earthwash is a nice place to clean your car. Don't expect it to cut through thick dirt, but it will give your vehicle a nice shine for a nice price.

On pulling in we were greeted by an attendant who asked what we needed, and pointed out the various wash packages. We initially asked for the ultimate wash, but realized that we didn't want the Armorall on the inside. The attendant was understanding and said that we could go with the deluxe wash which was the same thing but without the Armorall, so we went with that. Total with tax was $20.32 which we both thought was reasonable. After leaving the car we went inside to pay. Oddly enough, the place sells bottles of wine and greeting cards. I don't know about you, but I don't think I've ever bought greeting cards or wine at a car wash before, so this was a new experience for me. We paid and waited inside for a few minutes (standing room only) before we decided to go outside and sit in one of the chairs on the patio. We waited about 30 minutes for our car to be cleaned, and we were on our way. The technicians did a great job on the interior of the car and we were really happy with the work that they did. Additionally, the technicians at the end of the wash that did the hand dry did a fantastic job making sure we wouldn't have to deal with any water spots. On getting in the car, it smelled really great and just felt so clean. I swear the car runs better after getting washed! I'm going to take my car there tomorrow and get the same wash package that we got for my wife's car. If things turn out as good for my car as they did for my wife's, I'll up this to five stars. Edit: I went back on Tuesday, and they did a really good job with my car. However, we discovered that they did not vacuum out the trunk of my wife's car, so I'm going to leave this at a four. They were the last people to touch my SUV before I left the next morning at 4am to a long road trip to Atlanta. This man hung up on me when I said I am more upset that my item was either stolen or vacuumed without anyone telling me as the item only costs $9 and I could have replaced it before my trip. HE HUNG UP ON A PAYING RECURRING CUSTOMER. #1. It's ridiculous for him to state that no one the works there has an iPhone. How does he know what type of phone everyone has? #2. If a customer is stating that the item is missing after leaving, then work with the customer. #3. Extremely unprofessional to hang up on a customer with a complaint about service. They just lost a good customer over a $9 iPhone jack adapter. Also, note that I was giving this place another chance because they are so close to home. The last time I got an oil change and wash here they didn't even clean the inside of my SUV well. I had to beg them to clean the cup holders. When I noticed dust on the panel the "General Manager" told me that they aren't going to wipe the panel because they don't want to mess up radio stations and settings. They began to charge me for the wrong car washes and it took sometime, to get that fixed. So, I started to search other local car washes. I found Blue Lagoon in Palm Harbor. The car wash was spectacular. I got the one with the "hot wax". There was a guy named Jamie who was very helpful, mannerly and even helped me dry my car. I was definitely impressed.
