I waited 3 hours for my car to be completed. Water stains remain from him wiping. The plate was like it was never touched. Wax streaks all over. I didnt feel grimey in my car before dropping it off, but I do now. Pretty much all he did was vacuum the inside, polish the mats and wipe the body lol. I'm sure it didn't even take him an hour. I got the interior but the exterior wasn't cleaned at all. Additionally, he broke off the knob of the control for the sideview mirrors and barely looked around for it- I found it on the ground near his foot and reinstalled it myself. I am disappointed in the quality of service.

We usually drop in early in the morning, without making an appointment, and roll back out about twenty minutes later. They top all fluids, add air to our tires and, most of the time, turn off all warning lights in the car. They also give you a voucher for a free carwash. My only complaint with Bay Breeze is during our last two visits we've purchased the 10,000 mile oil for my wife's car. Both times the light indicating an oil change is necessary has kicked on around 7,000 miles. Despite this Bay Breeze will continue being our choice for oil changes because convenience is king.

They told me that their system can show that my car did not go through the car wash more than once since April and that I should be able to get a refund since I did not approve this membership.. after telling me I will be most likely getting my $500 back, the manager calls me and says he can only refund 2 months. I said okay because it was better than nothing. The manager doesnt call me until I contact him and tells me he can extend my membership and "I got you an even better deal" WHAT????!!! It's absolutely not what I asked for. Basically, this place will just messes with you and keeps your card on file. Highly recommend watching the "promotions" and card on file as they are scammers!!!
