They call you over the intercom with your name and make of car. They have monthly prices for car washes. We paid $50 and get 30 days and if we continue then it will be $75 per month after this month. However we can cancel before our 30 days is up. Our membership is the cheapest one. The things that it doesn't cover is waxes or various coatings.. On questioning the person in charge / Manager he stated that this is what a $10 was is. Obviously their way of compelling customers to go to the next level wash whether your car needs it or not. Have to say that their cleaning towel, liquid cleaner / glass cleaner are always well stocked even if one rarely finds dry towels ! I guess they are trying to manage their electricity bills by removing the towels before they are dry.
