They then were able to come out on Monday and give me an estimate. Was $500 for my driveway, sidewalk, and siding all around the house. They did the job in a couple of hours, kept me apprised as it was happening (I was at work, so they texted me photos), and they accept payment via Zelle & Venmo. He refused to give me an invoice or even stop by to see if I enjoyed my experience.
