Dropped off two suits and a pair of pants last week and one of the suit jackets came back with small holes in it. When I returned the jacket to have them examine the jacket the cleaners was unresponsive and then I received a letter in the mail from them saying that it was bugs that ate tiny holes in the jacket. You can clearly see that the batting under the fabric is burned and clearly not a bug issue. Additionally, this jacket has been in my laundry bag for 4 months with another suit and about 15 shirts and no other garments were effected. Basically the cleaners has refused to fix the problem. Save your money and go to another cleaners. read more

Dry poor service. First I parked in the car hop space in front of the store for about 5 minutes but the associate never came out. I then went in and there were no customers and she was sitting behind the counter. When I picked up the shirts they had dry cleaned them when my preference said wash and light starch. I complained because of the high cost and asked why that was done. She said the plant felt it was much better for the shirts. I asked for the managers phone number and then called. I had to leave a message for a callback but never received the callback. Will not use this cleaners again. Also the collar on one shirt was crimped. I pointed that out to the clerk and she said it could be sent back. I declined but for $7.00 per shirt, this is unacceptable. read more

I dropped 8 items of clothing off at your queen creek store on the morning of October 11th and was promised by the associate they would be finished the same day. I went the same evening around 7:30 to pickup my items, after receiving an email that my items were finished. When I arrived a different associate was working and she retrieved 2 of my items. I informed her I had 6 additional items with my order. She told me they would be finished tomorrow. The issue with that is I am scheduled to leave for a business trip tomorrow afternoon. The associate told me "we don't do same day orders", at which point I retrieved my receipt I was given the same morning that confirmed my order would be finished after 5pm on October 11th. She became defensive and still argued the point that your company doesn't deliver "same day service". The associate called the manager on duty to explain my issue and attempted to get more information. At this point I understand it's clear that my clothing is not present and I would be out of luck for my trip the following day. Although 6 items short I wanted to take home the 2 items they were able to complete and she told me to pay for my order. I did and left. Prior to leaving, I was told I would revive a call from the manager, Britney and she would resolve the issue. I have yet to receive any call from anyone from this company. This was my first experience with this company and to be honest, I went here out of pure convenience of my home location. I am a frequent customer with Tide dry cleaners and since pricing is fairly similar, I refuse to ever give my money to this company again. I received a phone call from Delias corporate office after my first review. They lady who spoke with me sounded very concerned about my experience and was trying to make the situation right. After speaking with her she gave me some useful information that educated me on the dry cleaning process of my dress. I appreciated her time and told her I would update my review because I appreciated her reaching out. Unfortunately the review did not go up because I just received another phone call from Delias cleaners in Queen Creek and my dress now has a hole in it! So not only did I drop off my very expensive wedding dress for them to clean, it didn't get cleaned the first time, they ruined the belt and had to sew that back on, had to re-clean it and now sent me a picture with this hole right in the center of the chest! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!??? I took all the strength I had to not cry and yell at the lady who called me to inform me of this. I told them to stop the process completely and to return my dress to me ASAP! The more I left my dress with them, the more it has been destroyed!!! I am completely devastated and very saddened that they didn't care to do their best and take great care of my wedding dress while cleaning it. My very beautiful and expensive wedding dress is now ruined. They didn't even really care when they called me I just got an ohhh sorry about that. Not once BUT TWICE they have destroyed my dress! Worst customer service from Jenette Crawford but her Supervisor Ashley is great! This place is not perfect and neither is any other business. But I feel that it's not about a mistake you make, it's how you fix it. Ashley seems to really want to make the mistake right. As far as the actual cleaning and pressing this place does a good job. Next day turn around and the employees in the store are always polite and helpful. I would suggest Delia's to someone in the future. But if you have any issues stay away from Jenette, it very obvious she just flat out doesn't care. read more

One of my dress shirts was lost. I had dropped it off and went to pick it up a couple days later. They could not find it and when I complained, they wrote down all the information about their shirt it's value and was assured that I would be contacted shortly about this. I was not contacted and every Time I called to speak to a manager, none was ever available. Three weeks later I walked in to talk to them in person. I was handed in envelope with a letter without any contact information on how I can follow up with them stating that I picked up the correct number of items and they have resolved it. I never picked up any items because they lost it. Again, no manager was available for me to talk to. Very unprofessional. read more

I've been going to this place for four years and other than a few minor problems (not cleaning my husbands dress shirts properly or lack of starch) they seemed to be pretty decent...until now. I take a lot of clothing items here on a bi-weekly basis and as of recent they have lost/misplaced a few items of my husbands, two of the items were custom tailored dress pants and dress shirt that he wore at our wedding. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what happened to them, I finally had to call corporate and after a few days of waiting to hear back, they claim that they returned them to me and there isn't anything further they can do. I clearly didn't get them back and they insist they did. I now have to figure out a way on my own to get my Husbands missing items back from them since they will not look any further. DO NOT take your clothes here unless you don't care about them being returned to you. I'm beyond disappointed and upset with this situation and hope no one else has to deal with this unfair behavior from them. read more

I haven't examined the actual quality of the cleaning because I'm still REELING from the price!! YIKES, if you go here -- even with a coupon--be prepared to pay. According to my calculations, close to $7.00 to dryclean each men's shirt. I happened to take in 15 shirts, and with 30% off, still paid about $80.00--significantly more than other area cleaners. read more

Don't think I will be back. Brought a throw blanket in for cleaning-came in the next day as scheduled to pick up. They informed me that they would not clean it because they thought to tassels on the ends would not be strong enough. They look strong enough to me. This place is terrible. They don't provide a cost up front, claim to accept a 30% discount and at check out surprise you with the fact that everyone gets 25% and the real discount is only 5% which they cannot explain. Won't be coming back to this lousy excuse for a dry cleaner! read more
