Today I told them if you do not fix the issue or pay me for my Cremiaux comforter I will come back next week but I will request the sheriff to come with me to file a claim. Reading other people experience they are not going to disappear with me, I will be there every single day until they resolve my issue. My advise even if other places are more expensive run from this one, go to another place so you can avoid this harrasment and anguish. Bad business all over.

First, I was told to come back on Monday after 6pm to pick it up. Went on Monday evening, just to be told oh no, it's going to take the whole week and won't be ready before Friday. When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners.
