They continued to ask me throughout the process how I was doing and if I had any pain. I truly appreciated that. Then today I had my first filling with Dr Maser. He heard my concerns about feeling everything while he filled my cavity. I never felt anything. His dental assistant made sure to keep checking to see how I was doing and well as Dr Maser. It was so refreshing to not feel any pain and my teeth look beautiful I could just cry. If you are contemplating coming here just do it. Dr Maser and his staff are amazing human beings. Called a few and when the receptionist at Market Common Dentistry answered the phone, I knew it was the practice I was looking for. It's not a drive through dentist like so many out there. The dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists are some of the best that I have ever visited. They treat you like a friend, not a nameless customer. I feel super comfortable there. Unfortunately, the billing office completely undermines that experience. After a routine visit on March 19, I received a bill right before leaving for a family vacation (April 3-17). When I returned, my entire family came down with COVID, which delayed me from going through my mail. As soon as I reviewed it, I immediately called and paid the balance on May 1. Despite that, I received a letter from the billing office claiming no payment had been made and stating I would now be required to pay in full at the time of service. The tone was unnecessarily harsh and accusatory, especially given my consistent history of paying my balances over the past three years. Including a policy as if I were unaware or negligent felt condescending and completely disregarded the reality that sometimes life happens. There was no attempt at understanding--just a blanket, impersonal response. It's unfortunate because the quality of care from the doctor is not reflected in how patients are treated on the administrative side. In the end, the billing office's approach was enough for me to take my care elsewhere. If you choose to go here, be aware: the medical care may be great, but the billing experience can leave a very different impression.

Yesterday, 70 years old now I went to have some bad teeth extracted in his professional attitude is outstanding. Before the surgery he came in and we talked and he asked if it would be okay if he prayed for us and the surgery to go well. I agree and I've never had another doctor do that. He did ask first and prayed for the surgery to go great and the healing enough to just be great in life. When he said amen I said amen also. The most positive experience in a dental office I've ever had. I am on my second day after having five extraction and I do not have any pain and no pain medicine was prescribed. Just ibuprofen.
