Dr. Dinh is amazingly kind. His examination is thorough and every step is explained. The treatment rooms are outfitted with what seem to be state of the art equipment. Procedures are done with an obviously well practiced hand and great concern for your comfort. The office, exam rooms, and rest room are spotless. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rapport between the Doctor and staff speaks to a high respect for each other. I can't imagine ever going to another dentist. And Frankie was unwilling to work with me as well, because, she said, "that's not how we do things here anymore." Apparently, much has changed in a year, sadly. There was a GLITCH with my insurance, not on my end, but on the insurance company end. This happened once before about a year ago here and it all worked out and went through fine at this same office. This time, I had the same problem. I reminded her that this happened before but Kylie/Keely refused to help me after I was passed to her by Frankie (who also told me she would not work with me to sort it out), insisting I pay out of pocket. Not only did I remind her that this happened previously and had the proof to show it all worked out (EOB's), I also had my insurance info available as well as had my insurance company call and verify my info directly with Kylie/Keely and send her proof of current good standing insurance coverage! Kylie/Keely insisted that this was not enough "proof" of insurance, and even with my credit card on file, insurance calling her directly, insurance company directly sending proof of coverage to Kylie/Keely and Frankie, and my willingness to pay out of pocket if need be and providing them with my credit card, she absolutely refused to believe I had coverage and would not work with me whatsoever. WHAT!?!? So Kylie/Keely took my credit card, immediately billed me and refused all info that came directly from my insurance company.... directly from the insurance company!!! I will never ever go here again, nor will my family. My suggestion? Get a new insurance person for the office because Kylie/Keely will most definitely cost you more customers. Firstly, her attitude is incredulous! I have never been treated so poorly. I am NOT a scumbag. I pay my bills and work hard to ensure I have proper insurance and take care of my debts...but Kylie/Keely and Frankie made me feel like I was nothing. I have never been made to feel so terrible in my life by anybody. Frankie should not be employed there either, given her lack of wanting to help patrons and refusing to do anything to work with me for absolutely no reason other than that is not how things are done in your office anymore! You just lost an entire family full of business....a family FULLY insured and who pays any and all copays in full and on time.

Unfortunately, the billing office completely undermines that experience. After a routine visit on March 19, I received a bill right before leaving for a family vacation (April 3-17). When I returned, my entire family came down with COVID, which delayed me from going through my mail. As soon as I reviewed it, I immediately called and paid the balance on May 1. Despite that, I received a letter from the billing office claiming no payment had been made and stating I would now be required to pay in full at the time of service. The tone was unnecessarily harsh and accusatory, especially given my consistent history of paying my balances over the past three years. Including a policy as if I were unaware or negligent felt condescending and completely disregarded the reality that sometimes life happens. There was no attempt at understanding--just a blanket, impersonal response. It's unfortunate because the quality of care from the doctor is not reflected in how patients are treated on the administrative side. In the end, the billing office's approach was enough for me to take my care elsewhere. If you choose to go here, be aware: the medical care may be great, but the billing experience can leave a very different impression.

Yesterday, 70 years old now I went to have some bad teeth extracted in his professional attitude is outstanding. Before the surgery he came in and we talked and he asked if it would be okay if he prayed for us and the surgery to go well. I agree and I've never had another doctor do that. He did ask first and prayed for the surgery to go great and the healing enough to just be great in life. When he said amen I said amen also. The most positive experience in a dental office I've ever had. I am on my second day after having five extraction and I do not have any pain and no pain medicine was prescribed. Just ibuprofen. Anyone scared of dental work like I was he is outstanding!
