Poor service and lack of honesty. There are plenty of better, higher quality, local jewelry stores to shop at!

What a disappointment! I have had many repairs done at this location. I try to give My business to local family owned businesses. I started going to the Leesburg store several years ago when I moved to the area. I have a charm bracelet that has 30 years of history. The owners son started helping me with my bracelet and other repairs. There was also some very nice ladies that helped me as well. A few months ago I brought my bracelet in to have 5 charms added and a safety chain. There was an older man working. When I told him what I wanted, the first thing he said was: I have to ask to see if we can add more charms. I finally said they could do it. I went in the other day and he was there. I let him know I had a multitude of things I wanted done. I was going to purchase a ring for my mother, have some appraisals done, had charms to start a bracelet for my grand daughter, adjust the safety chain for my charm bracelet, and have some wire put on a rock to ad to my bracelet. He told me it was $100.00 for every appraisal. I told him I would wait on it. We discussed shorting the chain. I told him I got it done there, however it was so big that it would still fall of. When we determined the correct size he wrote on the envelope $16.00. I asked if he was going to charge me. He said yes for shorting. I told him I got it done there and no one asked me how big to make it. He let me know that was the price. I picked up all of my charms, necklaces etc. and said thank you and walked out the door.
