I have a craft room/office that has been a wreck for the 3 years that I have moved into my house. I attempted to organize the room myself several times but it always fell short of my expectations. On the first session we emptied everything from the room and sorted everything and got rid of items I either I had not touched or duplicate items I didn't know I had because they were buried in boxes or shelves. After sorting all my items, we discussed the best plan for storage and how we would organize the drawers on my crafting table. Jing then did shopping for storage containers, bins, and sent recommendations for bookshelves/shelving units for my many books and brought them back for our second session. Jing also even went as far to offer her pro discount at a select number of stores and she is very knowledgeable or when stores like the container store have good sales/discounrs. I always think that I can do things myself but Jing proved that I needed her expertise and a helping hand to purchase the storage/organization tools. I have a 2 year old and my energy isn't what it used to be along with working full time. During our second session we organized all the items in draws or containers and labeled the containers for easy recognition when I needed them. I love that everything has a home now, which makes it easy to keep inventory and keep items organized. I am an artist that works in several different areas so I have A LOT of crafting items, so it's easy for things to get lost in the shuffle but not anymore. With the labeled drawers and containers, I easily can see and place items where they go. Lastly, the cost for Jing's services were extremely fair. After each session I was always pleased with the price and have plans to book her for other organization projects. I was laid off in between sessions so I have to conserve money for the meantime but I look forward to having the funds to book Jing for my primary bedroom closet organization and organizing my guest room that we sort of use as a secondary closet. If you are considering booking I&I organization services, this is your sign to do so. You won't regret it!

She was quick to assess our needs and develop a plan with minimal assistance from me. She is respectful and doesn't judge. She created categories and subsequently made piles to see the volume we were working with and then executed new places on where/how they should be stored. I did check in on her during the process and we rearranged/repurposed some furniture I already had (shelving, storage, etc). She was happy to pivot from a plan when I felt a different bookcase or table should be used instead. She definitely worked hard hauling things up and downstairs! One moment that stood out was with regard to my daughter's dollhouse and many many accessories. The toy was previous buried away and untouched for a long time because it wasn't accessible/apparent for my daughter to use. But Jing set up a great (discrete but not completely hidden) corner that displayed all of it. My daughter came home that day and ran to play with it. When her friends come to play, it has also become instant (adult free) entertainment (IYKYK). I hope to do some major purging on my own and have her come back to work on non-kid areas and also rework the kids rooms as they get older (and their needs change). In the meantime, I'm applying some of her words of wisdom to help me maintain the organization as we continue to live and grow in our home.

Because Susan thought of everything ahead of time. She took our multi-page wish list, distilled it to its essence, asked the right questions, and created something that is at once beautiful AND functional and unique to us. Our young adult children returned home to the renovated kitchen, took one look and said, "This couldn't be anyone else's kitchen but yours Mom." Susan understands what it means to LIVE in a house, to use it - not just look at it or hand it off to someone to function within it. No, she gets it. I'm very disappointed to see my front yard used as an advertisement. I did not agree with this,…read moreand I made it very clear that I had issues with the installation. I told them the plants were too deep, too tightly packed and suffocating, but they REFUSED to move the rocks and re-till the dirt around the plants. I was asking for maybe 1-2 hours of labor and got no cooperation. It was clear the plants were not getting oxogen/water from the start. I've spent a small fortune on water since moving to my 'water efficient yard' and have been forced to replace several dead plants on my own dollar. The drip line they installed serves no purpose because it does not impact the roots - I have had to water my desert plants manually ever since. This is everything I was hoping to avoid. You really have to not know what you are doing to kill resilient plants like ficus, palms and aloe. If you'd like to keep the photos up kindly write me a $2k check for the plants I've had to replace, several emergency fertilizer purchases and my excessive water bills. We have major renovations coming this fall and I will be looking in a different direction. Housemasters refusal to spend 2 hours of simple labor cost HM 6 figures in work.
