My initial cleaner that was referred to me no-showed. I was very upset since this was scheduled a week prior, and I came down from Orange County. She doesn't have a Yelp page or I would be telling people to stay away So now I'm in a huge pickle because the new Tenant was moving in on a Sunday, it's a holiday weekend, and it's super short notice. I sent out requests through Yelp, and got a ton of businesses messaging me. First thing that was super frustrating was my message to all these vendors was I needed this service on a Sunday early morning before my Tenant moves in. And literally every single company either did not read the messages or disregarded it, except WHB Cleaning. I believe I was talking to the Owner via Yelp chat, but unfortunately don't recall her name at the moment. She was empathetic to my situation and patient. She got me setup with a cleaning appointment early Sunday morning! The cleaner was punctual and very nice. She confirmed what I was looking for and in my opinion, went above and beyond in what was expected. Pricing wise, I felt was REALLY GOOD compared to what I normally pay cleaners up here in Orange County. I'd definitely hire them again when the Tenant eventually moves out.

Calls and emails were not returned for days or weeks, plans not sent as promised, all eventually resolved through my repeated follow-ups. The justified reason is that a bigger client was requiring all their time. Customer Service 101. I pay my invoices on time and without question. I will set aside the sales tax issue which required multiple emails to be resolved. The last straw was the requirement to pay for a 4th consult by a sharp deadline or my consult would be canceled. What choice did I have? I will find an interior design firm that will appreciate my business.

She helped take everything downstairs, but left all the trash down there and didn't help me haul it to the trash cans outside. She was real happy to take my stuff to be "donated" and even took my old iPhone to try to sell it. I thought she meant she was going to help me sell it, but apparently she just wanted to sell it and keep the money for herself. She also tried to cut the session short. When I contacted her a few days later she told me that we could discuss options for storage that would be most efficient with my space. She told me it would cost $150/hr for that. I already paid $500 for her to basically hold trash bags for me to fill. I definitely feel like I did not get what I paid for. I was really disappointed. I would recommend finding someone on task rabbit, who is more affordable. I wish I had.

Not because I had a use for the items. Some of the things had made multiple moves with me and were never unpacked! The backstory: I paid a moving service to pack and remove, then store my house so I could put it on the market to sell. The company did not do a good job at all. They were rough with delicate items and I ended up with broken glass, marble, and ceramic items along with stretched and torn artwork on canvases. Many things were broken beyond repair, and the storage looked like a junkyard when I opened it to retrieve some items I had asked not be packed. I couldn't even step inside the storage when I first opened it! Andre came to help and within a couple of hours everything was taken out of the storage and organized into different categories. He didn't ask many questions. I was happy to not be very involved in the initial removal of the items as it was almost traumatic to see the things I owned carelessly thrown on top of one another. It was such a relief to see everything packed back into the storage unit and taking up less than half the space that the movers had originally left completely full. If I would have known of Andre's service, I would've hired him to come in and help me before I hired the movers. That way all my important stuff would have been protected and cared for better.
