We waited nearly an hour for a wash and vacuum service, despite requesting a full vacuum. After inspecting my car afterward, the trunk and back seats had clearly not been vacuumed, even though I was told the service was completed. To make matters worse, I had recently replaced my windshield wipers before coming in. When I got home, my wipers were gone. Whether they were removed and not reattached or misplaced during service, they were missing after my visit. I called multiple times and had difficulty getting anyone to answer. When I returned to ask about it in person, staff acted like they had no recollection or explanation. The overall customer service was disappointing. Employees were dismissive, showed little accountability, and even after I still left a tip, there was no acknowledgment or appreciation. Long waits, incomplete service, poor communication, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Today, for first time ever, I drove my car there and used their vacuum to clean out first and dust from my car's interior. Complete waste of my time and money. Virtually no suction. I checked and the hose had no kinks but even picking up small pieces of dirt or lint and putting it into vacuum nozzle barely sucked it up. Fortunately it was only $2 of my money ($1.50 minimum and I added two extra quarters to get more time). This happened on farthest west vacuum in lot on Saturday at 3PM April 19, 2025. It's a darker color, so shows dust and road grit pretty readily. It was the evening before Easter and we were going to family dinner the next day, so I wanted to have a clean ride. Mission accomplished! I felt better driving home being able to see clearly out of the windshield and seeing the sparkling finish for the car made me smile. We have the monthly subscription and use it regularly. Our area gets the inland version of marine layer sometimes, and that causes dust to cling to the car's finish. You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy.
