Waiting area is cute but small, receptionists are very friendly. The first time I came here with my sister I was driving around for 15 minutes before I found it. It's located in a building on the corner of mcgaw and Von karman across the street from a go karting place. I was able to do a walk in without having to wait forever despite the fact that there were about 8 patients with appointments. The dermatologist himself was REALLY nice, he took one look at my face and recognized my trouble areas and whatnot and gave me medication. He made his own skin care line, and my sister has used it before and she's in LOVE with the retinol serum but it's a bit pricey, $45. The lady that gave me a facial was a bit rough, but then again I've never had a facial before and IT HURT. It wasn't relaxing and a couple days later my face is still trying to heal. I felt that she was thorough, but not enough because when I went home, I still saw noticeable blackheads. Hopefully my face will be better soon. Although everyone in the office is REALLY sweet, I felt like the doctor rushed through my visit. He gave me the same samples that he gave my sister, who has far worse acne then I do. He gave me two coupons for the samples, but I can't get those at the pharmacy without a prescription... I'll be back for another facial, maybe, but not another office visit.

This is what Dr Tien Ngyuen did to me, literally butchered me to remove this tiny mole. Stitches are so tight I cannot use my arm.

She was very informative and helpful. She spent a good amount of time with me and I wasn't rushed.

Dr. Lin has decades of experience having seen thousands of patients. He is open to answering all…read moreyour questions and gives you ample time for consultation. It is best to be prepare yourself before going in as with any doctor. Medical history, symptoms, concerns, questions about research you've done on your own, etc. I end up feeling peace of mind just listening to him reiterate things I already studied to confirm or discard my suspicions. He is very understanding and open-minded but is the type to stear away from diet restrictions to focus on immunotherapy. Appointments last about an hour so if you're going to the Orange office, prepare to pay $1.00 for the parking structure since you might be 5 minutes over or try to find parking on the side for free. Irvine office has free parking lot. Be punctual for immunotherapy shots and expect to sit or stand in the office for 30 minutes after. Irvine office lets some people wait out the shots in empty office rooms when the waiting area is full.

Dr. Lin has been an absolute God send in my life. I have struggled with allergies my entire life,…read morerelying on over the counter allergy medication only to barely survive allergy season every year. I was plagued with constant runny noses, sore throats as a result of unrelenting post nasal drip, eye infections from watery eyes, and the inability to breathe through my nose from a very early age and for whatever reason, it wasn't until I headed off to college that I decided to take action and find an allergist. I was referred to Dr. Lin from a family friend and went in to have a consultation. Lin is a very sweet guy and has very helpful staff. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had, test and provide results as to what I was allergic to, and get me started on treatment within the span of like two weeks. I started getting shots in June following my senior year of high school and by October or so of my Freshman year of college I noticed significant results. I no longer suffer from almost any of the symptoms that I have dealt with my entire life (except the occasional watery eyes in the spring). I would also like to say that while I was up at school for my freshman year and was unable to go into his office in Orange, his staff was able to ship my medication to a completely different allergist in Los Angeles so that my commute to get treated would be easier and more manageable. Maybe I am a special case where the treatment worked like magic, I really have no idea, but coming to Dr. Lin has been literally life changing and will remain one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.

If you are on here to see if you should see this doctor, please do not waste your time. If you are…read morehere because you or your family member has been verbally abused or mistreated by this man, please allow me to give you the medical board information to report him. Check out the info on photos attached. Today I came in with my elderly mom because she said he called her to come see him after he previously told her she wasnt welcomed as his patient a few weeks back. He was late to open the office , first off. No apologies or explanation. Then 20 mins after the appt was supposed to start he finally calls her in. I walk in first ahead of her and he told me i cant come in first bc I'm not the patient. Red flag no.1. I was taken aback but let her come in first. Then he proceeded To tell me that because of privacy laws I am not the patient so I can't walk in first. Then he took her weight and when I leaned in to see how much she weighed he told me that I have to ask him how much she weighs and I asked him why would I have to do that when I have eyes and I can just look myself. Thats red flag no.2. And this is when he gets mad at me and tells me about patient privacy and why I can't walk in first and that he needs to give me permission to look at her weight and that I can't be there anymore so he basically kicked me out of that part of the office. I told him that he was a bully but went to the Waiting room anyways. After a few seconds I heard him yelling at my mother so I open the door and started to tell him that he cannot yell at her and he said I wasn't yelling at her I was yelling at you. But that doesn't make any sense because I was behind a closed door so I gave him a piece of my mind and I told him that he was being unprofessional and he should not yell at people and then I'm gonna report him to the medical board. And that's when he shut up because he got scared of me. He then told us to walk back out to the front and he talk to us at the front desk and he made up all this long excuse of why my mother was a non-compliant patient and he was trying to help her and he did not drop her as a patient but he was also contradicting himself because he said that he told her that she called him too much and was really nervous when she called so he suggested that she go see her family doctor instead of him. I basically told him that we came because we want her lab results an x-ray results but he still will not give it to us and told us that his copy machine did not work and that she should go to the lab and the radiology department to ask for her medical records. It is my opinion that this man is mentally ill and should not be practicing medicine but it is a fact that he was verbally abusive to me and my mother along with other people that have left yelp reviews here. He should not be practicing medicine and should be investigated. If you were abused by this person please report him to the board of medicine so that there is more than one report in that date so they can investigate him. He is not safe for patients.

All the negative reviews you see on the internet is true. I worked for this monster 10 years ago,…read moreand I still remember the horrific experience. I was young so I thought his behavior was normal in a work place. He aggressively calls you names. There was a moment he got so angry he threw everything from the counter to the ground. If there is a petition to revoke his license, I definitely will sign it. The long wait? It's because he's busy surfing the internet or something in his office. I reminded him he has a patient waiting in the front, and he brushed me off. Shouldn't your patients be your 1st priority? I'm surprised he's still practicing now and is in business. What a joke!
