All were pretty solid! The Pringles remind me of something other than mashed potatoes but I can't put my finger on it. The Oreos are all different flavors and are slightly thinner than the Oreos sold here in the US. The flavor I tried was White Peach and Crystal Grape. Interesting combination to mix with chocolate but it was actually tasty. The matcha chocolate doesn't taste like chocolate. The matcha flavor is very strong and it tastes like you're biting into a block of matcha but with the consistency of chocolate. I wasn't helped by anyone besides the cashier so I can't speak too much on the staff but overall I was able to navigate the store without any questions. The store is a little tight especially when you're sharing the aisles with other people. My understanding is that the S.mart directly next door is owned by the same family and is a store specializing in skincare. They share the same name but sell different items. When I visited a few months ago, I noticed there were no Polish employees like in the past. The employee who was there was kind and courteous, though. We were also told fresh not frozen kielbasa could be purchased very infrequently only on days it arrived because otherwise they freeze it now. We went today expecting the normal wrap-around block waiting in line for hours to get all the fresh Polish food for Christmas. Well, we did wait in line for a good amount of time but not due to the normal long line but rather because we were told the business was supposed to open at 9:30 am today and another person in line said when she called she was told the business would open at 9 am today. So imagine our surprise when standing outside with temps in the teens finding out eventually the business was not opening until 10 am! We were surprised even more to find there was no fresh kielbasa available at the Christmas season...only frozen! The festive atmosphere and Polish chatter was also missing. The place was not hopping as in years past, so I guess many of the customers had already gotten the memo how much things sadly had changed here.

It's the spicy mustard offered at a favorite soft pretzel spot but is hard to find elsewhere. At just $6/ gallon, it's a bargain. Since I was headed there, I picked up a ball of provolone too. My other favorites were sold out, but they have some great Italian food like eggplant, artichoke, olive oil, and more. They've been around since 1900, so they're doing something right!
