I know someone who used to work there, and have been told by multiple people that there meat room/deli area is very unsanitary. I have seen mouse droppings near the freezer room, flies flying past me while walking down the isle, not to mention how poor the customer service is. One person in specific, I believe her name is luanne? Not sure how to spell it, but she is very rude and disrespectful. She has no interest in how bad the store is doing and seems to only care about making higher ups think everything is going fine. I feel as if an inspector should go there when it is not expected to see the full picture of how gross it actually is. I would NOT buy meats or perishable items from this store for yourself, or your children, as there is a pretty decent amount of expired items.

Not a big problem, but his quesadilla took an additional 25 minutes to be made. Many orders came out before they finished ours, so once he finally got his lunch, mine was cold. They also forgot the avocado, which I paid extra for. The chicken was not very flavorful. Overall, I'd try a different item on the menu and account for the time it took for the order to come out.

Today I decided to express my concern with someone identifying himself as Greg (owner) after I ask his name since the employee had given my name as an introduction. As I attempted to explain to him why I was dissatisfied with the customer service he became enraged and started yelling at me in order to make a scene and I ask him to lower his voice because this was a private conversation. He was angry because I didn't respond to him when he offer to assist me but it felt like when he appeared it was to pretend he was checking something on the shelf but it felt more like he was there to watch us so I didn't respond. When I tried to explain my reasoning he made a scene and I was in disbelief of the unprofessionalism and he didn't care about not supporting his store. Well it work communication is everything and when you have ignorant owners you lose one customer at a time until the doors closed permanently. You can Order the same products on line for lesser cost and save on gasoline. I Do not recommend this store because the owner is a very nasty arrogant man and the items are overpriced.

They're only open I believe Thursday till Sunday. We also went for the hot apple cider. You can also get their fresh apple cider filled into a gallon or half gallon bottle. Their prices are reasonable. the woman in there was so nice and if you bring your own cup, they'll fill it with hot apple cider. they have apple cider donuts and turnovers. They'll be here until December. Since it was Sunday, the Amish stores weren't open. That's what I really came in there for. Overall it's ok here. I'll be back for the cider.

Prices are out of sync with the area as well. We all know food has gone up, but ShopRite tends to take extra advantage of that trend. With a super Walmart across the street, one would expect the competition to make a difference in prices. The only difference is that ShopRite is frequently many price points higher than Walmart. While ShopRite is ok, it could be much better.
