We came here to pick up some of her silver bracelets and also look for a stack (around wedding ring) to pair with it. The service is excellent, some of the best in class for such a reputable brand. The cleaning of the silver was bad, even worse that they released for pick-up and has to be cleaned again. We love the brand, so iconic but do better on the back-end with cleaning!

I had finally gotten my favorite Gold Paloma Picasso olive branch Pearl ring but I couldn't find the matching earrings at Tiffany stores near me. As we walked by this store in the Forum shops, something told me to go in. I was greeted with smiles by the staff. I told the young man in the front that I was looking for the earring that matched my ring (I had it on at the time). He instructed me go to the back and the manager would help us. Roark was the manager. He was very attentive, friendly and helpful. He did have those earrings and after trying it on, I never took them off as I absolutely loved them! Regardless, he still put the pretty box in the blue box and then the blue bag. I love the brand and how well they treat us. We'll definitely be back for the holidays.

I've always been welcomed with a smile here. Customer service is attentive without being pushy. The selection of timeless and new pieces is comprehensive. They just don't have much of the home and gift collections. This isn't the closet Tiffany's to me but I frequent this shop whenever we're in Vegas. Like other Tiffany's they clean your pieces for free. It's never taken more than 10 minutes to clean our pieces. I know that sterling silver takes a few hours and maybe even a day when they're busy but they've even cleaned my necklace the same day after a couple hours. Every woman and young lady deserves a Tiffany!

Tiffany Solitaire Diamond Earring Studs in Rose Gold

Every time I come to Vegas I like to purchase some type of jewelry and this time around I thought about getting a nice pair of diamond ear rings. I looked a little bit online and found the solitaire rose gold studded diamond ear rings. So when I visited the Caesars Palace shops I went in and looked around and was helped by Matthew who knew exactly what I wanted. He showed me the different options and I said that I wanted to think about it at first. I ran a couple of errands and came back knowing that I wanted them. Matthew graciously helped me, the process was super quick and easy with payment and creating and account on an iPad. He explained that there's complimentary cleaning and service for a lifetime, you can just bring it into any Tiffany's location. I put them on in the store and snapped a pic with Audrey Hepburn. I love my ear rings and they're a pair to easily have on casually or special occasions. I got a nice Evian bottle and complimentary chocolates as well as my nice blue box and bag. Loved my purchase and the service at this shop. Everyone was really helpful and professional.

Have to rave about my first experience shopping inside Tiffany&Co at the Ceasars Forum Shops! Have to give my Sales Professional: Mathew F. (5 Stars) for his positive vibes and being informative!!! My first experience to actually walk in and try on Tiffany&Co anything! But before I walked in I've already had a vision of what I wanted!!! The classic Tiffany&Co bracelet! Always said to myself..."one day I'm going to get me some Tiffany&Co" And I eventually did!!! (Get the Heart Tag Bracelet with a diamond) but...... Here's the crazy back story! First off... the only reason why I went to Las Vegas is because I was invited to pick up $200 gift card for Tiffany&Co at the Ceasars Reward Promotional desk. But... let me tell you if your NEW to this Promotion like I am, no one really tells you how to retrieve it properly until you actually run around and find the RIGHT person! (Keyword=the right person). So.... since I'm a person-a-l in scrubs aka...Health Care Provider Covid Tester District Mobile Operations Manager now, I arrived to check in at the Ceasars Hotel very late (mind you passed 3am) and as I checked in... I asked right away... how can I get my $200 Tiffany&Co giftcard??? Then, my hotel desk clerk wrote it down for me and says "your able to pick it up between 10am-9pm at the Forum Shops." Then, I was like ok!! I'm able to catch some ZZZ, and pick it up later. Later came along... and I went to the forum information desk thinking they are the ones to pass the card out since the actual store is right by the information desk. Um... NO WrOnG!!! The information desk sent me to the Forum Shops management office but they were closed!! Then, as I was got frustrated... I walked inside the Tiffany&Co store and met the RIGHT person! Mathew F. The sales professional not just understood my frustration of getting misinformed but actually told me where, how, and when to go to get my $200 giftcard! [Footnote: The promotion is an exclusive event that is a collaboration with Cesars Rewards. This year the event was held 12/17/21-12/19/21. Pick up times for the $200 gift card were Noon-3pm at the Ceasars Hotel Promotional desk (after the Augustus and Octavious elevator entrance at the Ceasars Hotel!) You can shop with your $200 gift card at the Tiffany&Co forums shop at 10am-9pm.] I'm hoping that all of Ceasars Hotel desk clerk gets more information or training on Promotional/giftgiving seasons especially when people (like me) who are coming to Las Vegas just to pickup a Gift! YES! Oh thank heavens that Mathew F. is well informed!!! So... the next day comes (12/19/21) and I was able to pick up the $200 giftcard with no issues, and walk in the store and purchase my very first Tiffany&Co bracelet! What's ever so symbolic for the crazy weekend is that, this week I've gotten a promotion at work, then hit Ceasars Rewards Diamond status then able to finally get my $200 giftcard!!! After all that... it made sense to me to get the Heart Tag Bracelet with a diamond . Was this BackStory helpful/entertaining??? If so... Check out my Blog/Youtube channel: www.Just8Ate.com

Fast forward another year, and we had another great experience here. We had gone to the Crystals location earlier in the evening, but the necklace I wanted had a few scratches on it. Our salesperson there called this location, and they were able to locate the only necklace of this style they had in stock. I'm so glad because it has been discontinued. They held it and we rushed here because it was near closing time. Our sales assistant was very friendly and helpful even though our purchase had already been decided. This necklace was in perfect condition because it had not been unpackaged. It was near closing time, but we never felt pressured to hurry. We were amazed at the great service we received at both locations.

Becoming increasingly disenchanted with Tiffany in general, but this location's terrible customer service is a big no from me. Post of my earring broke after less than a dozen wears. They were purchased less than 6 months ago. The lady "assisting" me said it'd be $90 to fix without asking me when they were purchased or checking if I still had warranty on them. I had to prompt her to check. She came back to apathetically state that she couldn't find anything in the system and shrugged it off. I asked her if there was any other way to look up the purchase other than name and phone number. She made it seem like I was a bother, and insinuated they weren't purchased within the year as I was claiming. Why would I lie about something you can look up. At the end of the day, I would have paid to have my repair made, but I was tired of having to ask her to do her job while dealing with an attitude. Also, I know they are covered under warranty, and it shouldn't be so difficult to facilitate. I know this won't deter anyone from shopping here, but if the lady who couldn't be bothered to engage in decent customer service reads this, I've got a message. If you hate your job so much, get a new one, preferably outside of customer service.

My new necklace with a silver AND rose gold heart!

I came to this Tiffany's when I was in Vegas about 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend. I was looking for something new but really didn't know what I wanted when I walked in, so I decided to check out everything and wander the whole store. This us a huge Tiffany's location with just about every collection I had ever seen online or in other stores. In comparison to the one in Salt Lake City, this was a giant. After walking around the empty store for some time, one of the many employees finally spoke up and asked us if we were doing ok. She was really helpful and tried to help me figure out what I wanted. I tried on some earrings to match my ring, which I liked, but I felt like waiting on them. Then I started looking at necklaces. She showed me the necklaces and let me try them on, but I was torn because my ring is silver but I prefer rose gold. She happened to find a necklace with the heart shapes I was looking at with 1 silver heart and 1 rose gold, and I just knew instantly that was my choice. It wasn't on display so I am really grateful she thought of it for me! At checkout, she asked me if I wanted to wear it out and since I did she still gave me my blue bag and box. She also offered to dip my ring in cleaning solution since I asked her for cleaning tips, which was so nice because it started to get busier in the store as we checked out. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because literally the whole time I was there trying to pick something for myself with my own money, she kept trying to tell my boyfriend to get me an engagement ring. Once or twice is fine to hint at, but after we tell you were not ready to get engaged twice in a row, just lay off!!!!! It was my special trip to Tiffany's for myself that I was very proud of, and she turned the focus into putting pressure on my boyfriend and marriage. That was pretty disappointing when I was looking forward to spoiling myself for once after earning it MYSELF! Anyways other than that hiccup our trip was a success and I would recommend stopping in.

DO NOT BRING YOUR EXPENSIVE OR HIGH-END ITEMS HERE!!!!!…read more I brought in my $1,000 Hermès belt for what should have been an incredibly simple job: punching one additional hole. They punched the hole completely off-center. I genuinely don't understand how a professional repair shop manages to miss the center of a belt this badly on such a basic job. To make matters worse, they also left excess material hanging from the back of the belt from the punch. I brought the belt back and specifically told them to clean up the excess material but DO NOT attempt to fill the incorrectly punched hole. My concern was that any filler or resin would eventually crack or fall out, potentially causing the two holes to combine and permanently damage the belt. When I returned to pick it up, they had ignored my instructions and filled the hole anyway. I was told the resin would stay in place and that the belt was "fixed." I wasn't happy with the repair, but I decided to accept it and hoped I could at least continue using the belt. The very first day I wore it, the resin cracked and fell out. Exactly what I warned them would happen. The two holes have now combined into one large hole, making the belt unusable at that size. What made the situation even worse was the owner's response. I was told the original missed punch was essentially "not a big deal." If it wasn't a big deal, why did you attempt to repair it against my explicit instructions and ultimately make the damage worse? Mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of poor workmanship, ignoring a customer's specific instructions, an unsuccessful repair, and then minimizing the damage afterward. This wasn't a cheap belt I dropped off for a quick fix. It was a $1,000 Hermès belt, and I trusted a professional to perform one of the simplest alterations possible. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not trust this business with an expensive handbag, belt, or other high-end leather item. At this point, I believe the appropriate resolution is reimbursement for the belt they damaged. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HIGH END ITEMS!!!
