Make an appointment ahead of time, the store is pretty big (not as big as the 5th ave one of course but decent sized. It's also quieter in here than other Tiffany locations. We stopped in for the first time to admire their beautiful items and everyone who works there are so super sweet. They are such amazing representatives of Tiffany & Co. One of our favorite things about this particular Tiffany's (2nd best to everyone working there) was the smell...yes, the scent that permeates this particular store was the best smell of any Tiffany's and perhaps any other shop in NYC. It was that good. We asked about it and we were informed that it's similar to their "Blue is the Color of Love" candle. Never shop it again ! I entrusted my hardware necklace to be repaired for a longer length and was assured it could be done. However, after waiting over a month with no updates, I discovered the piece was never even sent out for repair. When I returned to the store, I was simply handed back the necklace in its original condition, with no explanation or communication. I went to this location during my recent visit, as one of the pieces I wanted to purchase was in stock there and not at the Landmark location. There was no crowd, as is usually the case at the other store. It was nice, quiet, and I received service immediately. This pertains to the repair department. Senseless, unresponsive and illegitimate. I will elaborate. After decades of purchases from the Fifth Avenue store (wife, 2 daughters, mother, mother-in-law) we now live in Virginia. I brought 2 pieces from a suite of matching items- a bracelet and necklace for repair to the Tysons, VA store. After many years, they both required restringing. The necklace had fallen but most of the silver and onyx beads were found. As it so happens, the Tiffany name is on a tiny plaque the sits amidst the beads. It was lost from the necklace but was present for the bracelet. Did I mention that I brought both pieces in together? The repair department restrung the bracelet but various "customer relations" personnel told me that they could not repair the necklace because they could not tell if it were a Tiffany piece. The matching pieces had been purchased at the Fifth Avenue store years ago and I could not provide a receipt. In spite of having had a Tiffany charge account for many years, they could find no record. The necklace was returned unrepaired to the Tysons store supposedly at my request. One would think that the expert jewelers who work for Tiffany would be able to recognize the Tiffany products merely on the basis of their quality and design. No such luck. Perhaps Tiffany outsources to inexperienced workers who are unfamiliar with Tiffany material. Regardless, no more new Tiffany purchases for us. The old material was far better crafted with silver hollowware much heavier, etc. It is a pathetic reflection on the state of affairs when an organization with such a storied past deteriorates to this extent. Really disappointed with how I was treated. I've purchased several Tiffany items and went on to have a cleaning done on a piece. Had my carry-on with me but was tidy and well dressed. Was treated like I was lower than dirt. The female employee working the floor treated me like I was the most awful and disgusting thing she'd ever had to deal with. What more can I say about that little blue box? I absolutely love it! I've been coming to this location for years now. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I've been in recently to purchase a birthday gift for my BFF, as every year I pick out a gift from Tiffany's for her big day. Since COVID and all I decided to call ahead and see their policies. I also asked if they had the item I wanted in stock. The lovely gentleman who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. He kept it aside for me and I picked it up when I got out of work. When I arrived I headed downstairs and it was waiting for me. The process was seamless and the staff were all wearing masks and they had a hand sanitizer station when you entered. Came here with Bae, as he was spontaneously feeling generous, and offered to buy me a "gift" just because. This location is one of the more beautiful Tiffany's I have visited. Upon entering, we were given a cold greeting. After walking around for a few minutes looking for a ring to choose, my boyfriend asked for assistance. Joe, the sales representative, "helped" us, but really he was an asshole and provided horrible customer service. I asked him if we could get our rings cleaned and when I tried handing him my ring, he refused to take it and asked if it was a Tiffany ring (no shit Sherlock why would I ask you to clean it if it isn't a Tiffany ring???). He then informed me we could get our rings cleaned downstairs in customer service. I wasn't really feeling the service from Joe, so we decided to go upstairs to the engagement ring section to window shop. Desta, the sales professional, was extraordinarily friendly and informative. I tried on several rings in our price range, and she informed be about their diamond's quality, clarity, and cut. She even gave me a book to further familiarize myself with their diamonds. Once we were done window shopping for engagement rings, I was ready to leave, as I was discouraged by Joe's customer service, but my boyfriend insisted I pick out a ring. By this time, Joe was assisting other customers and we were becoming impatient, when Gil came to the rescue. He, unlike Joe was much more friendly and helpful. He informed me how to properly clean the ring and even gave me a free polishing cloth. I ended up choosing the the Tiffany Somerset diamond ring, which I absolutely love! Desta and Gil provided us with superb customer service, as for Joe, he was a douchebag. You would think a store that sells such upscale jewelry would hire more competent and friendly staff. This is a touristy area so they seemed eager to assist which was nice since I felt a little embarassed shopping in the low end of such a high end store. Everything sparkles and it is as fun to walk around as they make it look in the movies. Can I afford to be adorning every appendage with diamonds? No. But, the sales representatives will still gladly let you try things on in front of a mirror and dream. They happily answer questions and let you flip through the catalog of options without being pushy for a quick sale. If you venture upstairs, you can see couples picking out the really expensive stuff (the diamond engagement rings). But I'm sure that she's marrying him for his personality... right? He didn't get me jewelry for my birthday, but when he said "Will you go with me to NYC for the day tomorrow so I can take you to lunch? I know it's not jewelry, but I hope it's an ok idea." The cool thing about this place is that the staff ACTUALLY speak to mere commoners like myself. The store was briskly buzzing through an afternoon of excited shoppers, yet two staff members took the time to speak with me, and not in a "take your unworthy ass off the premises tone" either. I'm sure they must have realized my budget wasn't aligned with that of the Trump tower across the street, but hey - they have a brand to sell! We lost our wedding band due to bad suggestions from the sales associate at this store. The staff was extremely unprofessional and loved chitchatting instead of helping us find the right size of the ring. We trusted his suggestion and just today , my husband's wedding bands FLEW OUT of his hands as he was putting on his coat on the street and we lost the ring and a fortune went along with it. Obviously the ring was toooo big! But the sales associate was just reluctant to help us trying on more sizes insisted that was the right one. My husband and I came into the Wall St location about a half hour before closing wanting to look at a few items for purchase. I had a large collection of gift cards that she had to ring up one by one at checkout (it was well after close at this point) and Adrienne could not have been sweeter and kept assuring us that she was happy to be helping us. You feel like a real BOSS walking in here, until you see the prices, which make you want to say, "quick, find me a blanket which I can hide my face in"... that said, it's still a nice shopping experience. Last night, I dropped by because I had a purpose. I was looking for something as a gift for someone, and I was immediately assisted, which was great. Most times, in these fancypants stores, one never quite knows how a salesperson will take to her canvas-wearing TOMS shoe-borderline-business-casual-clad-self. I dealt with a nice English gentleman who patiently took the time to show me the pieces I had asked him about. When my indecisiveness got the best of me, and I ventured off to look at other things that had caught my attention when I first entered the store, understandably, he went to assist another customer since I had walked away to peruse some more. When I got back to him, he was in the middle of the transaction with the other customer, so I had to wait. Btw, this woman was a crazy baller and dropped like $600 in about 15 minutes. The best line I heard from their interaction was her telling him the following, "that necklace that you just showed me, I need two of those". Wow, okay rich lady. Anyhow, after waiting some more, he called over another salesperson to help me, which I thought was a nice thing to do. Rosa took over to assist me, and she helped me find the items I wanted and even did her best to find an 18" sterling silver chain as they had sold out of it, but she was somehow able to dig up a new one that had just come in that morning. I also tried on a pair of rose gold earrings which were stunning but way more than I was willing to pay for them (they were $1,000!! Cur-azy!). And even though I did make a purchase at the store, it was definitely on the lower end of the price continuum at Tiffany's. That said, the service was wonderful and by the end of my transaction, I didn't even know that I was being helped by Rosa, the store's Director. She was pretty awesome. There are all types of customers from demanding rich people, to businessmen, tourists, and I guess people like me, who will drop in once in a blue to get something special, and yet, they treat everyone with equal courtesy. The store itself is obviously very gorgeous, and the quality of their jewelry is unmistakable. Most items are made in Spain or Italy it appears, and having had one of their pieces many years ago (Elsa Peretti open heart necklace), I can attest to its longevity (even though I sold it for unspecified reasons). Perhaps I haven't made it clear in my previous reviews, but I hate crowds, especially crowds of tourists ( sorry, I just do ), which makes this location so perfect. Most tourists can't navigate themselves around the financial district, and even if, Tiffany's on 5th is so much more worth their time than this location.. And I'm probably fucking myself by hyping this store up, but please shoppers and backpackers alike, stick with your blasted 5th ave store and leave my beloved 37 Wall St. alone! The store itself is glass-clad and beautiful. They are very well-stocked, even during the holidays, the staff's extremely well trained/informed ( I mentioned the words "roman numerals, titanium cufflinks", and the SA pulled out exactly what I wanted ), friendly and helpful, most likely because majority of those who visit the store will actually spend their time shopping and not oogling. Really about the best shopping experience I've had buying jewelry. I don't buy Jewelry often but I thought their marketing was smart, because it worked on me. Take a picture of a really really small heart, put it on the website, blow the picture up so it looks big and the customer goes 'Hey, that's not too expensive, let me go get that.'. You don't consider how small it was because its so big on the screen and you don't have a picture of the chain to get proportion. You arrive at store and its TINY! I Love this Tiffany's location on wall street. I found it much less crowded than the 57th street tourist haven. This is much closer to me and where I would come to buy. It's a gorgeous modern store but somehow not really intimidating at the same time. It goes without saying the jewels here are top notch and to die for quality and beauty. We got proper attention from the salesman, who spent a considerable amount of time with us, even though we walked out empty handed. I recommend this store over the flagship for serious attention, less crowds and and overall more peaceful experience. read more

I've been to a few Tiffany & Co before but last night, the Wall Street location really made my shopping experience a once in a life time moment. They made me feel like a "BALLER" coming in to spend $$$$$$. I dealt with a nice young lady who I met the day before and told her that I would be back to speak with her about purchasing something for my wife for Christmas. I gather she hears that a lot but I kept my word and returned the next evening. As I was patiently awaiting her to finish up with a customer, I ventured off to look at other things until she was finished. While I was looking around, Tony approached me and asked if I would like to have something to drink (espresso, water or wine) and that took me by surprise. I've been here before and no one has ever asked me if I wanted something drink. I said no thank you at first but since Tony insisted, I had a glass of wine while waiting for Karine to finish up with here customer. Karine helped me find the items I wanted to see and even showed me other items that she felt I may be interested in seeing in order to make a decision. We looked at a few silver rings and necklaces. I made my decision to go with a ring and the price was pretty reasonable. The service last night was impeccable all around and by the end of my transaction, Karine & Tony's service was impressive. They were awesome. There are all types of customers from demanding rich people, to businessmen/women, tourists, and I guess people like me, who will drop in once in a while to get something special for a loved one. I went in a few times in the past year to check to buy a few gifts. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. My boyfriend and I came in to look at engagement rings around 2 PM on a weekday. It wasn't very busy, so we thought it would be the best time to come in and get the best service. When we arrived, there was NO ONE on the second floor where the engagement rings were. We waited around for about 5 minutes and still no one, so we went downstairs and asked another salesperson to help us. She left for 5-10 minutes to go find someone to help us. FINALLY someone came and we went upstairs to look at their selection. The selection was minimal. They didn't carry any rings over 2.5 carats, and the entire process was pretty useless. I got sized for my ring (size 5 1/4) by the salesperson, and later found out when I went to another Jewelry store where I will be purchasing my ring from (amazing experience), that I am actually a size 4! This Tiffany's is unreal. There are more people outside taking photos then inside. Its beautiful and quite and the employees are very kind and helpful. On my last visit I went to buy a gift for a 13 year old graduating into high school. Not only did I find exactly what i was looking for in moments with the help of a very kind man. He showed me other options in my price range. I ended up getting her two items because I couldn't decide. Not because he was pushy but because he was helpful and informative. I also had a bracelet that was a gift that had broken. Which was shocking to me because I have countless Tiffany's pieces and have never had any kind of an issue with them. When I contacted the store they very quickly responded and assured me they would send me a new bracelet to replace the broken one. I'm a firm believer in " you get what you pay for" and Tiffany's backs that up 100% I ride the train a good 45 minutes from the UWS just to go to this location.
