There were 3 people on the register and i guess one comes out to help if you need help or comes out to watch to make sure no one is stealing . They seem to have a maze of an entrance for the exit of the store almost like a spin door but it's a door with a one way in and one way out kinda maze . When I called to ask questions and possibly book an appointment, I was greeted warmly and was very impressed by her knowledgeable responses. Since then, I have been a faithful client. Pros- * She is professional and very knowledgeable about healthy hair maintenance for both chemically processed and natural ethnic hair care. * She is very experienced with creating multiple styles from pixie cuts, long layers to chic bobs. HANDS DOWN, this lady has Skills! *She is an expert in creating custom wigs and natural looking extensions. *And, she conveniently offers really nice hair extensions at the salon for reasonable and competitive prices. *Lastly, she is conveniently located in Lilburn, GA which is close to Tucker, Norcross, Duluth, and Stone Mountain which is about 10-25minute drive time from all locations. Cons- *The salon could use a little sprucing up. (This is a comment mostly for all the stylist and the owner, not just her) Appearance and cleanliness of the salon is important to clients. *You have to book online and sometimes pay a small deposit to secure your appointment that is applied to your service. (This may be more of a personal dislike for me because I don't like to use Paypal, but so far, so good. I have not had to face any compromising financial concerns. And I do understand that it helps to keep her structured. Which is good for us so that there's no double booking.) Came to this store as an alternative to my regular beauty supply store, as I remembered I needed gel. I walked into the store and was greeted by an older Asian woman as I proceeded down the isles looking for gel. I noticed for every aisle I went down, there was an Asian man following me at the end of every aisle cap. I looked down and saw the gel just as he walked towards me asking could he help me. I said no, and he put his hands up and repeated himself. I said no again. I proceeded to the front of the store where they both were standing and watching me.
