I try my best to support local and write positive reviews, however, I was very disappointed in my experience. I called and made an appointment for a 4:30 wax and gel manicure. They weren't the friendliest but that's fine not every place is. They confirmed I was there for a gel manicure and wax and said they'd be with me in 2 minutes. I picked out a color and then was told I was looking in the wrong section. A folder was then handed to me and I picked out another color. I waited on the bench patiently. That's fine sometimes people run late I understand. However, someone walked in about 10 minutes after me getting a wax. If they were available for a wax not sure why I wasn't taken first. Okay maybe they forgot I was getting a wax..I watched the clock tick. Usually in this situation I'd be seated at a station and someone would take a break to at least start the process of soaking of the gel. Odd I was just sitting on the bench still. I'm patient, but waiting 20 minutes when you made an appointment is just not acceptable to me. One of the technicians said wait as I was walking out the door( first time I was acknowledged since given the correct color choice folder) they told me the technician was now ready. I looked. He was not ready there wasn't a station ready for me. There would be additional time to set up a station. I stated I had a 4:30 appointment and I was no longer willing to wait. I received a half hearted sorry and walked straight out. No one else even looked up. Just customers. Don't take an appointment if you can't keep it. At least if you are running late communicate better. And certainly don't take a walk in for a service that a customer with an appointment has already been waiting for. Too bad..they have great reviews and was looking forward to trying them out. I won't return. read more

Wonderful! It's my day off and it's going great because I finished my laundry and only lost 1 sock. Afterward, I walked down a few empty store fronts to the nail salon and had my nails transformed. My nails before looked like jagged mountain tops on a beast mission. After a polish change, file, buff & shine, they look so pretty and worth holding a Chik-Fil-A "Cookies & Cream" milkshake. My nails are so cute they make me want to buy myself a promise ring, a promise to put myself first. I always have a great experience at Tiffany's. It's a bit on the pricier side, but after trying a few nail salons I realize you definitely get what you pay for. I'm a simple person when it comes to my nails, not looking for fancy designs and bedazzles so I can't vouch for their expertise there. However, the service is always nice and efficient, the venue is clean and low in fumes and it's actually a very relaxing atmosphere even though there have music and tv's going. They have a variety of pedicures ranging in price from about $30-$80. For a spa pedicure with lavender and a gel powder manicure, I recently paid about $90. With the pedicure in addition to all of the usual accompaniments, I received a 10 minute foot massage with steam. After my manicure I received a few minute back massage and a paraffin wax treatment on my hands. Time and money well spent on a little self-tlc. read more

This is overdue but in October I stopped in to get my nails done after coming back from vacation. The ladies recognized me (my nails) from my yelp post and were very friendly and thanked me for the review. Funny how that happened. I don't even think the post and my review were close to each other in time so they're quite observant which is appreciated. I stopped in to get my gels removed and a polish change around 6:20pm. I didn't realize that what I had asked for extended past their business hours. They made no mention of it but I looked up at the clock and saw that it was 7:15, past closing time, and Selena was still busy at work and super pleasant. She was taking her time providing excellent service and work! I got out of there at 7:30 and there were a total of 3 other employees there closing up shop or waiting patiently. When I realized what was going on, I felt bad and apologized but they were all so kind and acted like it was no big deal. I dealt with the fact that only one person speaks English and the person treating me NEVER understood me so I kept giving them another chance. Their staff is always changing so you can no longer build up a rapport with anyone. YesterdayI tried again. I had an appointment yet I was put in a chair and waited 20 minutes and nothing. I might have waited a bit longer but there were 2 VERY rambunctious, LOUD boys...staff's sons who kept running by me SCREAMING as they chased each other. Staff did nothing to stop this. When they started shooting rubber darts at each other I got up. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I want to relax when having my nails done...not dodge darts. This was my first time here as I'm looking for a good nail place for acrylic nail fills. Went to Tiffany Nails and was seated immediately. Nail tech was friendly and they started on my nails. As they are working on my nails another tech comes over and starts talking to my tech. She makes my tech stop working on my nails to call someone. (They are not speaking English so I don't know what the issue was). There was no apology for the disruption or the loud arguing that was happening next to me. As my tech was putting on the liquid/powder mix it was very thick (too thick fir a fill) and now my nails are very thick and uneven in some places. Please know that I've had acrylic nails for 20 years and very familiar with the process. The cost was $45 without tip. I have no issue paying for good service but I didn't get that. I came to this nail salon a couple months ago to get my acrylic nails done for the first time. I'd like to start off by saying that they had the sweetest and friendliest employees. However when it came to prices, I feel as though I was ripped off. They charged me upwards of $70 dollars for a full acrylic set, which I wasn't expecting. From service prices I had found on the internet, I was expecting much lower. The most upsetting part to me was within a week, the nail polish began peeling off (I didn't peel them, I promise!) I must say, the nails that I received were beautiful and done just how I wanted. It was a let down to have them come right off after paying that much money. Just came back from my bi-weekly gel manicure! And still have no complaints! I have made Tina my permanent manicurist. I was very pleased and impressed with Tina's work the first time I met her. She takes her time, makes sure that your nails are evenly painted and if getting a french manicure they look the same on both hands. She has also done my eyebrows and my daughter's. I used to go to Tiffany's when it was owned by Young the original owner. I went to her for a decade. Unfortunately, she sold it. The 2nd owner was just a good. Again, sold it 3 years later. The 3rd owner came in and wiped out all the things that were great. No beverages, nail polish is very outdated and I am not sure what type of liquid they use on your legs but it's cheap and the experience is less than. I started going across the street and absolutely love it. I see a lot of people still like her so I am happy for them. Another issue, her prices are ridiculous. This used to be my go to nail place- it was close to home, good prices- idk what changed these past few months but they will rush you out that door so fast now it's not worth the money. Myself and three other friends have all had the same experiences- I've given them many chances but last week I went for a pedicure before vacation and the lady did my pedi in 14 mins start to end! (started a soak off for another customer and came over to quickly do my pedi). My feet barely touched the water- I would have rather had my feet relax in the water for that time and waited vs such a rushed experience. They had me sitting longer to dry my nails than the actual pedi- then I had to stand and grab someone just to ask to pay! And they were well staffed. Sorry for thr negative review but it's been so repetitive we have all gone to other places now- try Elle nails, crystal nails or Paris for. A better experience. read more

Today was my first time back in over a decade because I had such a bad experience then but I was n a jam as I'm traveling tomorrow and didn't have time to run to regular out of town nail salon. I walked in, not greeted or helped promptly, finally I got "what do you need" I said a regular mani ped, no gel. He said it would be 10 minute, which is reasonable since I didn't have an appointment. The gal came and got me, finished my pedi and told me to sit under the dryer, I said no I'm getting a manicure as well and the man that I initially spoke to upon arriving that asked what I needed then proceeded to tell me there were people with appointments that had arrived and they couldn't do my manicure!!! I was livid! If he had just said we don't have the time I would have went somewhere els, no problem. The girl next to me was expecting a gel pedi and got regular and made them do it over as she had an appointment for the gel pedi. I spoke with her outside and referred her to my regular salon. My pedi looks terrible and now I'll remove it , after throwing $30 down the drain so I can use my own polish at home to give myself a mani pedi that matches for my trip!
