This place used to be the only nail salon i trusted up until i came in for an acrylic removal and they painfully used a nail tip and ran it under my acrylics to pop them off. The lady that gave the pedicure was lovely and did a wonderful job. Everybody else was a big "No". I also noticed some people were given water, sodas, and treats while other people were not even offered. Lastly, they charged me $7.50 extra because I paid with my credit card (there was no sign posted anywhere to alert customers of this). She did show me their indoor ATM but I did not trust that as it was a Vietnamese bank that I never heard of. My first and last visit. read more

Wwould NOT recommend going there. I would give no stars what so ever to them if i could! My friend got her nails done for the first time there and they cut her, which is now infected, and the nails are not all the way glued down. When we brought it up to them and wanted money back they refused and said she would get a discount the next time she came in. Had an appointment for 2pm and sat for 30 mins before I was seen..apparently according to reviews this is normal so make sure you have a lot of time and basically Don't bother making an appointment. Other than that I had a great experience, they've upped their prices since I've been here so my shellac acrylics cost 42$ but the shellac saved me about an hour dry time so it was worth the extra 10$. read more

I went to Top Nail two weeks ago and got a full set with shellac and i took my little sister with me for a sister fun time. anyways, i got my nails done by a woman and i think she did very well, i was pleased. my little sister had her nails done by a male and she ended up with uneven nails, cuts on her fingers from the guy being too rough. i felt bad and kinda just brushed it off after i told her i was sorry that happened when i decided to take her. i came back today to get them filled, my friend and i had an appointment for 6pm (i know it's a friday night on memorial weekend) so we got there and the place was packed. we told them we had an appointment and they said to sit down because they're kinda full. so we sat... for 2 hours........ so obviously they always take walk ins even when they have appointments scheduled. after 2 hours we got our nails filled, again with shellac. i got a different guy from the guy my sister had, he started to "shave" off the shellac and acrylic from last time but he wasn't paying attention because he was watching the tv and cut my finger pretty deep that it started to bleed. my nails are uneven from the acrylic, glued up because the guy cut me deep, and the color is streaky and clumped on my nail. my nails are the pink ones from today, the yellow nails are my sisters from 2 weeks ago. after this, i will not be going back. i can't believe i went the second time even after what my sister said and showed me. read more

I've went to top nails since I was a literal child. I continued going despite never leaving 100% satisfied with my nails (bad paint job, uneven/ different sized nails etc) and constantly being harassed about amount of tips (I assure you I tip good) but my last straw was the owner making jokes about the acne on my face and asking if it was contagious. She has insulted me many times, and especially this one day in particular. The same day I asked her about her black eye, no joke a customer gave it to her because she called the customer a bitch. This place is crazy! There are plenty of nail shops in DSM, don't waste your time money or patience. read more

Worst service ever. I asked for a pedicure and they told me to have a seat. A whole HOUR and 15 minutes later they started on my toes. So if you're in a rush good luck! They will also talk about you in their language, which I find very disrespectful. They heard me coughing and couldn't even offer a glass of water until after the whole hour passed. Last time I got top eatable service and quality work. Today I was virtually ignored, no one asked if I wanted the deluxe spa pedi (I did until I realized the guy didn't really want to do my feet to begin with) and then he did a really fast and not very good job on them.
