For reference, I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Here is what I like: - I make an appointment (usually 1-3 days ahead of time). I show up and they start working on my nails right away. No waiting. - They offer complimentary beverage service. - They have an INCREDIBLE selection of colors to choose from. - My nails always look fire and always hold up very well. - The nail techs always get my nails done in a timely fashion. If I am getting both services done, I am usually out of there in 1.5-2 hours. If I am getting one service done, it's usually about 45 minutes.   The only thing that I wish they could do is work on my fingers and toes at the same time. I'm all about efficiency and as much as I would love to just unwind and sit in the nail salon for hours at a time, the reality is I usually need to get in and out of there as quickly as possible.
