I used Tiffany for the installation of my shower doors in my master bathroom. Paul initially measured the shower and approximately 3 weeks later, two of his workers (Brian and Victor) came to install the shower. They were in my bedroom/bathroom unattended for ~2.5 hours, after all they concluded that the glass wasn't fitted properly and had to be reordered and return for installation. They were very messy, leaving dust all over my bathroom and bedroom, not a big deal I cleaned it. In the interim, I noticed my pills (Percocet) were no longer in my underwear drawer. No one other than the workers were in my home during this period of time. I decided that I was going to allow for the shower to be installed completely and confront them on their return. Two weeks later, they returned to complete the project, this time, I watched them like a hawk. Upon completion, I confronted the worker about taking the pills and he of course denied. I hate making accusations without concrete evidence, but no one else was in my home. It's extremely violating for someone to come into your home and and not only rummage through your personal belonging, but my underwear drawer???? And take my medication!! I've had many people work inside my home, I've never had an issue with theft. I reported the events to Paul whom of course did not believe that his prized workers would do such a thing. He actually threatened me that he'd be taking up a suit for defamation. I'm sure this isn't the first time something like this has happened. After renovating my 2 bathrooms, I needed new shower doors. My girlfriend had her bathroom recently done and her new shower doors were from Tiffany. The doors are gorgeous and she was happy with the service provided by Tiffany. This is what prompted me to use Tiffany shower doors. When I visited Paul's store and showroom, I met with his assistant. She was very nice and passed on my info to Paul, the owner, who called me immediately to schedule an appointment to measure my shower area. I didn't have to wait long for the appointment. Paul was very pleasant when he visited and gave me several suggestions about what types of doors to use for my bathrooms. I am glad that he suggested for me to add a protective coating on my doors to help keep them looking clear and clean. My doors do look great and I get lots of compliments. Unfortunately, I did run into problems with leaking from the doors in my shower bathroom. My bathroom is like a smaller version of the one in the Kohler commercial with all of the high pressured body sprays shooting at you. Whenever I would use the body sprays, it would produce a terrible leak. When this first occurred, I called the office to explain my problem. The response time was quite slow. The first and second time that I called for assistance it took close to two weeks for me to get a response. After that I decided to email Paul directly with my concerns. Paul always responded immediately to my emails. The problem with my shower doors took several attempts to fix. Brian, who is absolutely wonderful, came a total of 5 times to fix this problem. The frameless shower doors were not able to hold back the water so he created a frame for the door to keep the water out. Again my circumstance was very unusual because most people don't have a rain shower, regular shower head, handheld shower and 4 body sprays that can all shoot high pressured water at the same time in a small shower. Brain was able to think outside of the box and figure out a solution. He fixed the problem without changing the aesthetics of my shower doors. In the end, I am very pleased that they were able to come out so many times to try to fix my problem and they tried their best to please me. I highly recommend them. If you do use them and have any issues with your shower doors, rest assured that Paul and Brian will do their best to correct the situation. Very disappointed. Not honorable. Time frame not as promised. I had to keep calling to ask when my shower door would be ready. Not once did they give me a courtesy call to say they were running late after the agreed upon 3 weeks. Then when I asked for a price concession after waiting so long, paul had a screaming fit. He is holding my shower door hostage until I pay in full for my custom door. Not having any confidence that the door would fit after his tirade I refused until the door was installed. Then I would gladly pay in full to be done with him. I finally had an appointment but Paul stopped his men from coming. He left me no choice but to begin a legal action. In my opinion Paul has zero integrity, has a hot temper, and has not a clue about giving good customer service. Buyer beware before this happens to you. read more
