I was searching for a reliable and appropriately priced taxi service to take me from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. After reading many positive reviews and checking out the best prices, I ordered taxi service from ALWAYS SUPERB TRANSPORT. This was the BEST DECISION I made for my whole trip! Our Plane was delayed and Always Superb transport not only waited two hours for our arrival, but also called me right away when I landed to know that he was waiting. Upon arriving at Port Canaveral, we were having issues docking our scheduled cruise and the taxi service, without asking, waiting an extra half an hour to see if we were o.k. In the end, the cruise ship would not let us on and we were so thankful that ALWAYS SUPERB TRANSPORT waited for us because we would have been stranded in Port Canaveral without a way to get back to the airport. Since we had no other way to get back, the taxi service could have taken advantage of us and charging us an expensive rate, but ALWAYS SUPERB TRANSPORT did not. We booked our transfer with Always Superb after emailing many companies, they provided us with a good price and a friendly responsive service, responding quickly to email queries. A few days before travel we had a call from owner BJ to check all was Ok and to confirm he would be there. On arrival at Sanford, BJ was there with a friendly welcome as we passed through customs and we were soon on our way to the hotel in a speedy and efficient manner. While in Orlando we also used Always superb for our return trip to Disney, it was a competitive price and a great service, even when we changed times at last minute, this was never a problem. BJ was always keen to make sure we were happy as customer service is his priority. We changed our time to return to the airport which again.was no problem. My sister had recommended Always Superb to our family and we used this year for a trip both to Universal from our Disney hotel and also back to the airport to Orlando once our trip was done. I can't speak highly enough for this company. The driver was courteous and prompt. The communication concerning travel, pick up time and where to meet were awesome. My daughter and I required transportation from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. We schedule a round trip with this service. I accidentally left my sweater in the car when we departed. Upon the driver's arrival for our return trip, he gave me back my sweater. Our fare was nearly equal to hailing a taxi at both points of origin.
